« Great location near Hollywood, access to the Hollywood and fine Metro station to other areas around Los Angeles, several great eating spots, and grocery stores for at home food. Nice gym and pool too!The check-in process was a little bit complex and I had to work around the security guard at the front desk to get into the elevator. Outside of that, the experience was great. »

« This was overall a perfect place to stay for my husband and I. We were at walking distance for food and bar places. Only 15 mins away from Universal Studios. We will come and stay here again! »

« We enjoyed our stay and felt safe and secure. I highly recommend paying for the parking because parking is not easy to find. This location is perfect to get to everything you would want to do. Very spacious apartment with lots of closet space. I would rent again. The pool was nice to see everything and the laundry was quite easy to use. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. »

« Really nice property and host. Dino was super responsive and answered every question I had ... from initial reservation through my brief time in town. The area was quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend giving yourself plenty of time if you're visiting various places. The property is located in the hills and in some places, only one vehicle can pass. I definitely plan to go back and have recommended the property to others. »

« We enjoyed this property a lot as a launching pad for our LA vacation. The property was clean and as pictured. It’s furnished minimally but works well for a group of 4. If you have more than that seating is an issue unless, like us, you have people who enjoy sitting on the ground. Would highly suggest paying for the parking garage. Management was easy to work with and helpful. We’d stay here again. »

« I am issuing a formal complaint against the above address. It was misrepresented as 2 Queen beds and a pool. 1 queen bed and no pool. I have enclosed all the texts from Hai and I. I would like to be refunded. I will be writing poor reviews so no other Canadian gets pulled into this misrepresented apartment. »

« Property mngr arrived 30 min. late PAST check-in time! Couldn’t access garage, forced 2 pay metered pkng while waiting, asks us not to mention using VRBO in lobby -it’s obviously against building policy. Lobby tells us the rooftop deck area, pool, BBQ, etc.., was closed/no access (the #1 reason we booked it. Was not disclosed in listing) HUGE bummer! 4:30pm un-friendly “guy” arrives in a wife-beater tank/not presentable w/zero apologies, says there’s only 1 park space not 2 as stated in listing....
