« I had an awesome stay at Dino's place, conveniently located in Hollywood Hills area. It was around 45 minutes from the airport, but only 10 minutes away from major attractions in Hollywood. « Pretty simple listing. Interior has minimal decoration so its more of a crash pad feel. Inadequate plates (there was only 1), and you can't keep your windows open because of the highway noise from the nearby 101. Location is good otherwise. Decent listing in a high cost area. »

« It was really bad. The apartment was so poorly insulated you could hear every single person walk by outside. On to of that the street was very loud. People driving at very high speeds blasting music well into the early morning. The parking situation is not what is listed on listing which caused an argument with one of the residence. That is of your car can even fit down the driveway. The hot water goes from non existant to scalding and back to non existent and I even had to replace the shower...

« I’ll try to make a long story short. I had numerous communications with the host prior to our reservation and multiple exchanges with host during our 7 hour drive to LA. Upon arrival we got to the door of the unit and the host said he would send someone to let us in. A few minutes later the host sent a text saying there was a water leak and the unit was not available. We informed the employees in the office at building and they sent the maintenance staff because they were concerned about a leak...

« The location was perfect for our visit - close to nearly everything we had planned to do - and the views both from the living room and the pool are indeed stunning. I had reached out before renting to confirm some amenities (e.g., the pool and access to parking) that were not in this unit's description. « We came to work at a Film Festival and this rental was perfect. It has a very secure parking structure that helped so much in feeling safe about all the gear in my truck. The apartment itself was cozy and clean. Very comfortable bed and overall a wonderful stay. »

« We had a great time in LA. This stay was conveniently located between all the schools we were looking to visit. It was clean, quiet, modern and safe. A couple of things to know, parking is extra, 30/day. There is no soap or shampoo so bring your own. If you are sensitive to perfume, ask them not to use the outlet fresheners. A few things were broken in the kitchen , but we managed without them.All in all a fine place to stay. The pool looked great but it was too cool to use. In the summer,...
