"Je ne connaissait pas cet hôtel et nous l'avons choisi sur internet nous avons été agréablement surpris. Tranquille, possibilité de déjeuner inclus moyennant un tarif intéressant. Ils nous ont contacter pour nous offrir un service de transport pour venir nous chercher à la gare et cela a été une très bonne option. Le personnel est serviable et tellement souriant. Si je retourne à Lisbonne il est fort probable que je choissise Next Level Premium pour mon séjour. Près du parc Édouardo VII à pied et du Hard Rock Café ou se font les rencontres pour les excursions, la localisation de l'hôtel était parfaite pour nous. Dépanneur à proximité, Roof Top au Conde 13, et petit resto juste à côté."

"Our stay started pretty badly with a rather strong argument with the clerks at the registration and rather rude response. After that, the service improved quite a lot but still left a bad first impression. The rest of the stays, including all other interaction with staff were great. The hotel is very well situated, the rooms are really clean and the breakfast offering is great in a nice restaurant. Close to major Lisboa attractions, and to lots of public transportations."
