« Very nice option for short stay in Paris, central location. »

« We chose this apartment because of the price and that most everything was within walking distance, ie food, entertainment, historical sights, etc... It was clean and comfortable and even had a washer/dryer combination machine. The communication with apartment management staff was wonderful. We knew this going in, but be prepared for the four flights of stairs you have to climb to get to your apartment as there is no elevator. We are in our 40's and we survived. lol We mainly used the apartment...

« Cet appartement a deux chambres et deux salles de bain. Il est bien équipé, y compris avec un lave-vaisselle. On nous a laissé deux bouteilles de vin: merci. Il y avait café, thé, shampoing, etc...pas de clim mais trois ventilateurs. Seule ombre au tableau, pas de télé. Métro à quelques pas. Distance de marche des Champs Élysees, du Louvre, la Madeline , tour Eiffel, etc... »

« J'ai résidé à cet appartement début décembre 2019. L'appartement est très bien situé, bien meublé et équipé, et conforme à ce qui est représenté. La pression d'eau de la douche est un peu faible, mais c'est probablement courant à Paris. L'appartement est situé au premier étage, donc il est possible que les bruits de la rue et du bar qui est en face soient plus dérangeants durant l'été lorsqu'on ouvre les fenêtres, ce qui n'était évidemment pas le cas en décembre. Je louerais à nouveau sans...

Nous avons pu arriver tôt dans l'appartement, ce qui était pratique pour laisser les valises. Procédure d'arrivée très bien expliquée. Le propriétaire est réactif. Il faudrait toutefois compléter un peu la vaisselle et ajouter une couverture pour le canapé lit (nous etions 5). »
