The apartment is in a very Nice and quiet neighbourghood, it’s comfortable and relaxed with a fully equiped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms with very good mattress and a Nice garden. « We had a wonderful stay at this quaint and cozy flat in London while visiting our daughter who was studying abroad. The perfect size for our family of four. It was very clean and tidy. The host, Iona, was very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and was communicated clearly to us. We were even allowed to check-in early. « This property should not be let. There was no hot water in the bathrooms and showers, the oven didn’t work, the washer/dryer didn’t work, and the unit was not clean. The property management company did nothing to resolve the issues. We left after the first night and went to a hotel. Very frustrating. »
