« First off, we didn’t have working batteries in the garage remote. When I reached out, I never got an answer. I reserved for 11, got 8 towels. I had to share towels. That was not necessary. Futon bed was broken. I had to share a bed with all my kids. That’s 5 in one. Not a very comfortable night. They couldn’t sleep in the living room cause the AC was not working in that area. Cleanliness could be 100% better. Went into the laundry room and there were alcohol bottles in the machines. I guess they...

« L’appartement est assez agréable. On a rencontré des difficultés à le localiser au début, ce qui a causé des frustrations et désagréments. La communication avec le proprio aurait pu être plus claire ! Mais en sommes, est bien qui finit bien ! En dépit des difficultés que traverse le secteur de l'immobilier, ils ont pu tenir l’appartement dans un état plus ou moins acceptable. C’est certain qu'ils vont devoir faire une rénovation majeure sous peu, mais en gros, l’appart est agréable. »
