« L’appartement est assez agréable. On a rencontré des difficultés à le localiser au début, ce qui a causé des frustrations et désagréments. La communication avec le proprio aurait pu être plus claire ! Mais en sommes, est bien qui finit bien ! En dépit des difficultés que traverse le secteur de l'immobilier, ils ont pu tenir l’appartement dans un état plus ou moins acceptable. C’est certain qu'ils vont devoir faire une rénovation majeure sous peu, mais en gros, l’appart est agréable. »
