Though the hotel was notified the same day in the afternoon and many messages sent, the hotel charged me the full amount of my 6 nights stay. They finally replied to charge me for 2 nights, the credit has not been given. I agreed to pay for the first night only, but so far I have not received a reply. I told them that whenever possible, I would reserve with them again, I still have not received an answer. I think that I am a Gold member for the right reasons. My travel history speaks volume and I deserve a better treatment and exceptions. Thank you."
