« Despite being in a 5 star property, the service was very bad. No one came for cleaning, we asked for bathrobes, slippers and coffees but no-one neither came nor replied to our calls. We're abandoned. It's unbelievable and unacceptable for a 5 star property. »

It took me a day to get a towel. Security on the lobby is unfriendly. No wifi on the lobby. Service is disappointing. I don’t recommend this property unless you are on a budget and desperate. »

« I never wrote a review, but this is the worst property I have ever seen. They never answer calls, and it has an Indian number not local. They have many addresses, I spent 3 hours looking for the property. When I arrived, they canceled my booking, and it was already paid. Don't recommend it at all. Even the reception guy was impolite. »
