« This place was great. It has nice furnishings, well lit, beds are comfortable, each room has its own AC, it is easy to get into, close enough to the subway (1.5 blocks), has an elevator! We were celebrating a 70 birthday trip with my mom to NYC for the first time in her life. The apartment was great and comfortable and was a good landing place for the 4 days we were in the big city. The host was responsive and easy to text with. He even called to check in with me. »

« Comfortable apartment, perfect for two. Nice size kitchen, useful office area with desk. Standout feature is location. Walking distance to main museums, Rochefeller Centre, Madison Sq G, Central Park, 5 min walk to several good theatres and Restaurant Row. Hell's Kitchen reputed to be a little noisy but this apartment is down side street and is quiet at night. Was perfect for our 9 day visit. »

« Our stay was wonderful- the apartment was just what we needed for a family of 6. Needed the extra space! Location just a few blocks from the subway was perfect. When we reached out, the owner was gr wast and responded within seconds. Highly recommend! »

« It’s in a good spot. Right in the middle of the city. Easy uber drives everywhere. Important to mention no elevator and 3 flights of stairs. Easy checkin. There was a lot of space - three bedrooms in manhattan with kitchen and living space is hard to find. Don’t expect luxury by any means but it’s efficient and functioning and close to everything. »

« Logement conforme à l'annonce, relativement bien équipé avec une bonne literie. L'emplacement est parfait : situé à 5-10 minutes à pied de Grand Central et du métro. Petit café et vendeur de pizza presqu'à tout heure au coin de la rue. Points négatifs : vétuste, mal isolé et bruyant car donne sur une arrière-cour avec une soufflerie en continue. Le plancher s'enlève par endroits et la douche est difficile à régler pour la température de l'eau. La vaisselle est limitée. Hôte très arrangeant pour...

« Was a short but sweet stay!!! Beautiful and impeccable apartment. Walking distance to the subway and so close to both Morningside and Central parks. I highly recommend it!! The one thing I would suggest would be new sheets for the bed. They were super rough like almost knotty but the bed was comfortable! Absolutely would recommend the say. »
