In the meantime, our maintenance team have implemented a scheme to ensure we continue to improve the standard of our products including carpet re-placing as well as re-painting of some bedrooms and public areas.We have noted your feedback regarding the sink unit and the dust on the fan on the vents and please rest assured this will be followed up with the correct departments.Despite the concerns raised, we hope we will be given the chance to better serve in the near future.Kind Regards,
