The staff is friendly and courteous.
The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service.
That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great!
If they moved a bit quicker, I would have appreciated it even more-so!

« I had a wonderful 2 nights at this property. The grounds are especially nice as they are like the hotel name describes -Gardens where there are multiple choices to relax. The staff is especially amazing and always available to assist and made my stay so comfortable. I especially want to thank Hillary, Lillian, Sara, Oliver and Sylvia for going out of their way for me. « Jag och min kollega hade en vÀldigt bra vistelse pÄ Duomo. Vi var dÀr i fyra dagar. Jag gillade att hotellet var miljömedvetet med energisparfunktioner, bra tvÄl och möjlighet att behÄlla sin handduk mer Àn en dag. Alla andra hotell vi bodde pÄ bytte ut tvÄlen och tvÀttade handdukarna varje dag. Det var ocksÄ enkelt att sÀtta upp en skylt för att slippa stÀdningen. Servicen var vÀldigt bra och god mat i restaurangen. Vi kunde förvara vÄra vÀskor dÀr sista dagen. Skönt med gym och trevlig pool...

Best shower we had in Uganda. Comfortable bed.
A lovely pool, and versus so many other areas of Kampala, a fairly quiet road in front.

« Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent service. Staff really helped us out with a few things. Free baby cot which was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Lots of water bottles. My only problem was no shampoo⊠a minor detail though.
Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast had dishes that were different - not the same every day which was great. And for bacon loversâŠ. they have bacon cooked perfectly!! »

Other Amenities lie shopping malls and restaurants are at a distance . There is always traffic in Kampala. However nothing the hotel can do. This is government and state infrastructure. »

« The Guest Relations team was fantastic, keeping us in the loop and proactively apologizing for any disruptions related to the event. We really appreciated their attentiveness. The only real issue we encountered was some noise from above our room â it sounded like furniture being moved and footsteps, which continued until midnight throughout the stay. Also, we had pre-ordered a cake for Easter, to be collected at noon, but it didn't was ready until almost 1:40 PM, which delayed my program. »
