The staff is friendly and courteous.
The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service.
That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great!
If they moved a bit quicker, I would have appreciated it even more-so!

« For starters, the staff here are excellent. And the hotel is kept quite clean. There are other inconsistencies, however. If you need wifi in your room, it is hit and miss for no apparent reason. For emergencies, there is always wifi in the reception area. I was there for 3 nights. I had hot water for two mornings but not the third. You have to run the shower for some time. The menu for the restaurant is limited and much of what is on the menu is not available. Having said that, I did not...
