The food was phenomenal. Brandon, bar tender was a stand out and super friendly. Overall, the property could use an overhaul in some of the buildings. But itâs a beautiful view and great, central location
Overall the stay was pleasant.
We loved exploring the castle and the views were great. The room were newly renovated and really cool after a hot day.
The workout area was great and has 24 hour access.
They only had one room key per room and limited towels per day which was difficult.
This property is truly on a Hilltop and the view from our room was beautiful. We could see the city and cruise ships docking down the hill. The restaurant in sight was a bonus and the staff was very helpful. I would stay again.
Very nice property, well equipped suite, just bring your suitcase & you're home. Beautiful view. Restaurant & convenience store on-site, food was delicious, complimentary Coffee & Water in lobby. Bring coffee/creamer for your in-room coffee maker! Pool was wonderful & view breathtaking. Taxis onsite & available $6 per person. Walking wasnt the best & safest idea, we did it once. Friendly & helpful staff . Theres parking, seemed busier on weekends though.
My only complaint is some of the women working the front desk staff could be friendlier.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, exactly what I was hoping for during my stay. However, the experience at the front desk left much to be desired. The agents seemed uninterested and lacked the warmth or attentiveness typically expected in a hospitality setting. A more welcoming and professional attitude would have made a big difference in the overall experience.
Me and my wife arrived at check in and was told "SORRY, WE HAVE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE." WTH. NO WAYThey overbooked on purpose. 5% Said the front desk representative Shawn. We had nowhere to stay and it was getting dark. They are time share and if a time share owner changes their mind at last minute they can. They had no recommendations. Families were crying in the lobby with their kids. We booked 6 months in advance. Select people in line behind us got rooms yet booked only 2 months in advance. WIERD? EXPEDIA HAS A RELOCATION TEAM IF THIS EVER HAPPENS TO YOU. THE HOTEL LEFT US STRANDED ON AN ISLAND AFTER DARK WITH NOWHERE TO GO. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS HOTEL.
They do not accommodate you for a room change if you booked through a third party.
Check in was terrible the woman had an attitude was rude and speed spoke so you didnât understand much.
The room- patio door did not lock, Blue beard had a stick to secure the door.
There was no full mirror on the wall although there was a hook for it. Staff came to the room on Tuesday 8am to notify me the mirror would be put up at 9:30am. They never came until Friday at 2pm, interrupted me and demanded to put the mirror up stating it would only take 5mins. I was there from Monday it took til Friday.
Then I called for coffee and dishwashing liquid at 9am and the staff did not come until 4pm.
The bell man is a crock instead of calling a taxi he calls his friends to post as taxi drivers and overcharge guests. I suspected it but it was confirmed when a real taxi came and called the bell man out for his scheme.
Be careful at Blue beard the staff is rude and crocked.
The whole staff besides one person was horribly rude. The only one that was nice was the young guy helping when we needed a cab. Other than that the rest of the staff had attitudes and were completely rude all around. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. I met a few people while we were staying here tell us that they were dealing with the same situation.
Unfortunately, our stay at The Hilltop Villas was disappointing. While the natural beauty of the beaches is absolutely breathtaking, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor customer service. The staff at the hotel were unhelpful and at times outright rude, which made us feel unwelcome. Specially one of the staff of the Front Desk and the bartenders. To add to that, the bar closed surprisingly early at 9 PM â not ideal for guests looking to enjoy the evening.
