Ce confortable condo Gulf avant a une vue fantastique sur la plage et le golfe du Mexique depuis le salon et les deux chambres. Ce spacieux condo a un décor traditionnel de la cuisine entiÚrement équipée et un grand salon. Chaque chambre dispose d'un lit king ou queen vues de lit de taille de la plage. Votre condo a des carreaux dans une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre usage, ainsi qu'un service Internet ADSL gratuit.

Directement en bord de mer sur la plage de MadĂšre et Ă  proximitĂ© de tout se trouve le Trillium. Ce complexe de condos est un petit bĂątiment avec accĂšs direct Ă  la plage avec piscine chauffĂ©e. Les condos ont de grands balcons avec vue directe sur le golfe
 c'est parfait pour les amoureux de la plage !! Plusieurs restaurants proposant des spectacles en direct sont accessibles Ă  pied, ainsi qu'un Dunkin Donuts, une Ă©picerie Winn-Dixie, un golf miniature et plus encore. Vous trouverez le village de John’s Pass Ă  environ 1,5 km au sud, qui regorge de boutiques, de restaurants, d’activitĂ©s nautiques et de divertissements pour tous. Wonderful

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. It was overdue time to decompress from the craziness of life. The place was perfect and the bed was the best bed for any place I have ever stayed before. The room, pool and beach was a great location for this much needed trip.

Bright Beach Condo

A nice rental. Decorated nicely. Furniture is new, beds comfy! Building is older, and that shows some in the condo (cabinet drawers stick, ceilings are lower, master bath is small). But overall is great! And it’s right on the beach, there’s no dunes in between you and the water.

Beach Views!

This location has great views of the beach and the proximity to the water is super! The building itself is very old, smelly and run down. The photos of the unit show the remodeling but it is masking a lot. The furniture was nice, beds were comfy. The fridge and all appliances are yellowing and old. The master bathroom is so very tiny it's difficult for one person to fit comfortably. The shower tub is old and moldy and the shower curtain rail is rusted. Each and every bath towel was stained and moldy. Gross! The shower curtain had stains on it too. Each and every closet door was broken (falling off rails; knobs not attached). All kitchen utensils are old and not of any quality. There were 3 beach chairs and some sand toys for kids. There were two beach umbrellas, a beach wagon and a small cooler which was helpful. There are no beach towels provided, nor is there any dish soap or a sponge. There is minimum toilet paper and only a few trash bags provided.

Great location

The location was great and the condo is very nicely decorated. It could have been a little cleaner for our liking, but it wasn’t filthy or anything. Both tubs were draining very slowly when we first showered, but they came and fixed them the same day I notified them. The master bath is kind of awkward the way it’s set up, but it serves the purpose. Overall it’s a pretty nice condo.

The view and beach access was amazing. The ice maker did not work. The check in to get the key from another location was a problem since we used Uber from the airport. Overall, the unit was good and I would rent from there again.

Great location but


We had a good time on our trip. The location was great and it was convenient having family in the same building. However, the bed in the master bedroom was one of the worst things I’ve ever slept on. I ended up sleeping on the couch because the bed was so uncomfortable. The neighbors also made things annoying, but that’s not the fault of the property. The patio furniture was very uncomfortable as well. Like I said. Great location but lousy place to sleep.

Great Condo and Location

This was the perfect quick get away from the cold and snow. Unit was very clean, roomy, bright and cheerful. Only a 1mi walk to Johns Pass. We’ll be back next year!

Needs Attention

Started off with incomplete information at check-in (no parking pass). Arrived at property and exterior maintenance going on so only 6 available parking places for a 15-unit building. 2 calls to rental agency and the comment was "we don't know what is going on we will get back with you!" and they never did (twice I called!). 3-4 bi-fold closet doors were off track and out of alignment so they would swing around and not stay closed. main patio door blinds were messed up (rod to open and close would not stay on and work properly. Garbage disposal was not working. And no internet as advertised. WiFi/DSL modem was there and the wifi was working but it was not connected to anything (like the phone line or cable). Maintenance guy scratched his head, took a picture and said I will talk to a guy at the office and get back to you (and they did not). BTW - he was over for a leak that was reported but was not. All of this made for a stressful and unhappy 10-days. We talked to a couple that had just purchased the unit beside us and when they heard which one we were in they frowned and said it was bad! The positive part was the view is incredible and the beach is very nice, but there are 100's of others in the area I would recommend over this one.

Spectacular view and only steps from the beach!

The view from the condo was spectacular. We enjoyed many breakfasts from the balcony and drinks with the sunsets. Just steps out your door to a fabulous beach where we spent most of our days then finishing off with the inground pool. Condo was very clean with everything we needed provided. The sliders were very difficult during the day when the sun shined on them (possibly the heat causing them to swell) but handled better after sunset. I would recommend that they either give the carpet a good cleaning or replace it. We would definitely come again when we can!

Best view. Unit needs serious upgrades. Refrigerator made noise entire time, swimming pool was very smal (internet pictures were misleading)l, no room for barbecue, no tables at pool side.. Main living area sliding door was so hard to open from outside. Master bathroom door hinge was loose.

told room was ready when we arrived door was open and no one in the unit had not been cleaned at all and used linens were still on the beds had to sit on balcony and wait for the cleaning crew to do a fast cleanup. pillow cases were missing and not enough towels furnished and no compensation for the inconvenience parking was a pain very tight
