Un grand balcon offre une vue directe sur le golfe du Mexique et sur la piscine et le bain Ć  remous.
Grand parking sur place, y compris un garage. SituĆ© en face du meilleur restaurant de la ville, Salt Rock Grill. ƀ quelques pas du cafĆ© Indian Shores et du bar de plongĆ©e par excellence, le Mahuffer s, vous trouverez Ć©galement un marchĆ© le dimanche en saison, juste en face de la mairie. La mairie propose Ć©galement des courts de tennis gratuits, un parc pour enfants au bord de lā€™eau et une bibliothĆØque, tous littĆ©ralement dans la rue!
Et juste sur une note personnelle, je suis fier de proposer une location qui nettoie de maniĆØre considĆ©rable nos concurrents. J'ai appris que les couvre-lits ne doivent ĆŖtre blanchis que deux fois par an. Vous venez de tomber de votre chaise? La chose la plus grossiĆØre que j'ai jamais entendue. Nous lavons les nĆ“tres Ć  chaque fois. CHAQUE FOIS. Oui. De rien. Alors blottissez-vous avec confiance, mes amis.

You canā€™t beat the beach location and view! Pool was nice. Interior and porch do not match the pics in the listing. Things arenā€™t as nice. We also had a couple roach friends, and owners/managers seemed to always be on the property at the same time. No garage doors as posted either, but understandable due to last years hurricane. The listing could definitely be updated to show more of a realistic idea of where you are staying, but overall, you are just there for the beach, right?!

We had a lovely time. Plenty of space and amenities in a great location and grateful for their hard work to recover from the storms. Our unit had a fantastic patio with awesome view of the gulf. Itā€™s very quaint and intimate being only 3 units. While all the patios face the pool with great views, there are no time restrictions on pool use so it was disappointing to have kids playing after 10pm who didnā€™t quiet after requests made. We were excited and discussing booking again, but sadly after the noise issue was ignored we likely wonā€™t be back and will be mindful of pool location and rules of other places.

We were looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. And we found it. The apartment was clean and, it was fully equipped. The building and the apartment needs some TLC. The bathroom needs to be renovated. The host was super attentive and was quick to answer all of our inquiries.One of the mattresses needs to be replaced. We did not use the pool. Overall a good experience.

Pool, hot tub didnt work, checkin was horrible, bed was sucken with blocks holding it up with some huge bug that bite us all week. Dishwasher didnt clean dishes. Slider was hard to open. I would not have my worst enemy stay here. Very unclean.

We loved this beautiful ocean-front home. Clean, convenient, beautiful. The only problem we had was that our check-in email gave us the incorrect key code and we had to bother the owner in the middle of the night to get the correct one. She was super kind and understanding.

The location was really great and the view was wonderful. The response time from the host leading up to the trip was really not great. It seemed like there were a couple different people responding so I'm not sure why it took 4 days to respond. The check-in process was stressful and the parking is a bit of a pain. My car was blocked in at several points throughout the stay. As the other reviews say, the beds are horrible. One room was stiff as a board and the other had me and my husband rolling into each other. If you know all this and want a beautiful view, this is a good spot. I'm not sure if we would book again.

Our stay here was very refreshing and renewing. The view all day was great. The place was comfortable and quaint and clean. We loved being able to step out onto the beach and it wasnā€™t crowded. Communication was good. We will be back.

Absolutely loved the location. Can't beat pool and beach right there. Loved that we were able to rent the place with friends on the other side of the unit, but still have our own space. I will definitely consider staying here again and renting the building for family and friends. Only negatives (small complaints): definitely needs some maintenance fixes, pool had some issues (low water, circulation, cloudy) and I never received any communication from host. I messaged to check in 30 minutes early and didn't get a response or any other response pre, during or post stay.

This was our first time in the area and was so glad my family and I got this place. Beautiful view, clean and the access to the beach was perfect! Minor things need to be worked on such as the hot tub didn't work properly. My husband took lots of time trying to figure it out. The lack of supplies in the rental lacked. 1 garbage bag, 1 washcloth, 1 dishcloth, dull knife, no soap. Beds were ok...one bed had bricks under it as the frame was broken. The shower was bad, no water pressure and very hard to adjust temp. The caulking needs to be touched up. So minor things that could be fixed would make this place Top Notch!! But the view, location, deck, beach, pool all made up for it for the price.

During our stay, pool and hot tub worked maybe 10 percent of the time. Eventually, it became unusable and unsafe. I paid for a condo that had these amenities and feel taken advantage of after talking with pool company and looking at previous reviews saying this has been an ongoing problem! I would not recommend this condo to anyone, until these issues are resolved! Grounds are also unkept with debris and water issues on doors and floor molding possibly resulting in mold issues. Definitely needs some TLC!

Location was great. Parking was interesting and did not accommodate guests. The beds were a bit high and my 88 year old mom had a hard time climbing up to get to the bed. The second bedroom mattress should be replaced - it sinks in the right, middle. The view was nice, it was quiet.

Some definite pluses and minuses. The view is great and we loved hanging out on the spacious balcony. The easy access to the beach and pool were great for our young kids. As others have said, this older building has some definite wear and tear. The padded dining chairs need a deep clean, the beds are overly soft/lumpy, and the pool area could use routine tidying up/dusting sand from the pool chairs. I knew some of these issues from others' reviews, so they were compromises i was willing to take. We won't be staying here next year, but would consider it again in the future.

The view was great. The host never responded to my emails/text. Property was to have HOT tub, it did but 78 deg. Host never responded to us asking for directions on use. Couches were horrible, the cushions were old and worn out, ended up with back ache. Cushions on outdoor furniture even worse. Also the deck furniture was at deck rail height so you could not see " the View". The mattres in second bedroom could of held 20 gals of water in the hole in the middle of it. Daughter woke up with major neck ache. Kitchen was just equipped enough but no pizza cutter(essential equipment). In the checking out instructions they wanted us to clean the floors but both vacuums that were there were broke, so you had to try to sweep sand across a tile floor.(doesn't work well).Over all the view the view the view was nice. a little updating would go a very long way. The lack of communication was terrible. We left the place cleaner than it was when we arrived and did get our deposit back. Should get a refund for lack of hot tub and aggregation for no communication.

The location, beachfront was excellent, BUT the unit needs a overhaulā€”all new furnitureā€”mattresses rolled toward center; the indoor couches are stained and the cushions are sagging and limp and the bath tub and tile are moldy and need replacement. Linens and kitchen supplies/dishes are lacking. Hilda answered my text but didnā€™t bother her once we were here. The parking is not conducive to a mid size vehicle, needs compact to fit in garage space.

We booked a trip about 2 days before going so we were lucky to find availability. The unit is overall nice and very clean. Its updated and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The only "slight" things that would make it better would be: new mattresses. They are old and need updated. They're not comfortable and bent all weird. The outside of the building looks kind of rough up close,and leading up to the unit its the same, but once your in the unit its very nice. Overall its a nice play and i would stay again.

First of all, I canā€™t say enough about the view!!! It was amazing. The pool area was incredible and they had new pool furniture that was resort style. The spa was a huge added plus. We were across the road from a police station. So we felt really safe. My only complaint was we had no access from our deck to the pool area. However, the unit next to us did. So now I know! Itā€™s a five star overall and makes for a perfect beach get away.

My kids and I stayed here for 2 nights as a little mini vacation before the holiday craziness starts. The location was amazing; you really canā€™t beat being right there on the beach! View was superb and the host was very responsive and kind. The condo balcony was large and lovely to relax on and the condo, overall was exactly as described. Some of the PROS: 1. Pool was clean and inviting and hot tub was a great temp for us. Pool floaties were in abundance. 2. Great to be able to just walk right out on the beach; no crossing a road or anything. 3. Condo was very clean and had ample Place to sit and eat either on the patio or inside. 4. Garage parking was awesome. some CONS: 2. There were no bowls in the kitchen, like for cereal nor were the baking sheets for the oven. The bowl thing was just kind of odd lol; my kids used coffee cups for their cereal. 3. There was food left in the fridge from previous guests: annoying only because the check out time is strict apparently so cleaning lady has 6 hours to clean; but thereā€™s no way something obvious like that would be overlooked if someone actually spent 6 hours cleaning. 4. There was a door connecting the 2 mid floor balconies; we woke up 1 morning and someone had come onto our balcony from the other suite. This was concerning because guests from that suite had very easy access to our balcony and that was a big safety issue for me. Host should put a dead bolt on their side. Overall it was lovely tho!
