Stunning 2 bedroom Gulf Front condo with Pool

This beautiful newly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo is the home away from home you have been dreaming of. Join us for your well-deserved vacation and relax with the sound of waves crashing against the shore. This Indian Shores condo rental is located on the 3rd floor. The master suite features a Queen-sized bed, full bath. The guest bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a lay flat sleeper sofa. The unit also features large screen TVs in the living room and a fully-equipped kitchen with granite and new appliances.

This balcony will not be usable for May 2023 until end of Summer 2024


The Holiday Villas III board of directors has informed us Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project beginning in late February 2023 into late 2024-2025. This project, as with many other condominium projects currently underway in our area, is partially due to recent Milestone Inspection requirements put in place by the State of Florida in 2022. While there are no immediate structural deficiencies related to Holiday Villas III the board has approved repair work for exterior balconies, concrete and painting.

Unless the listing specifically states the balcony is not useable and the pool is closed then the balcony is useable and the pool is open.

Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay (some parking may be moved across the street into our overflow parking lot.) Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate/estimating late 2024-2025. We have been informed it will only be closed during working hours. It will be open when they are done working and on the weekends. Closed ONLY during working hours. If anything changes you will be notified

Please feel free to contact us to get a better understanding of the progress of the project and best units available for your dates and different date options. Pricing has been updated for the construction work and are final. No other refunds will be given.

Perfect location with beautiful sunsets!!!
We had a wonderful time. Perfect location for my morning and evening walks on the beach. The most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Beds were comfortable and we all slept very good. Balcony was closed off because of construction that we were prepared for so no problem there. We were able to open the sliding door to hear and view the ocean. We knew to bring our own supplies of Toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, and other items. I even bring my own hand soap. The only complaint my husband had was the vacuum didn’t work as well as he had hoped. He is a vacuumaholic. We spent the day outside and played games around the table at night. Great family time together. Something I have noticed with some of our VRBO master bedrooms (including this one) is that the closet is locked. Assuming for storage. Not a problem for us. We managed. Definitely praising the Lord for a wonderful week. Oh and be prepared to get down to the pool when they open at 9am if you want a seat. Lol. We went after 5pm and it was empty then. No worries, we came for the beach not the pool.

Calming
It was exactly what we thought we were going to get. Water view. Very clean. We just replaced their paper products. All of them were not of great standards. Nice to find boogie boards, chairs to bring to the beach. Have fun!

Room was clean and well furnished. Although I was warned ahead of time. it's a shame that the balcony was blocked due to construction. No access to balcony. Construction workers started making noise on Monday at about 7:30 am. The main issue was that the tv wasnt working. I tolerated some of the issues for a few days, but on the last day of the stay, the tv wasnt working at all. That was the only day that I really wanted to watch something specific. I was really frustrated. Office was closed (Sunday) but I was able to text someone about the issue. There was no immediate resolution. I feel that I should be compensated for basic equipment failure.

Great location, but not well equipped
Being right on the beach was amazing! The pool was warm and very clean. My kids alternated between beach and pool all day long. The reason I didn’t give five stars: they don’t supply any beach gear, no shampoo, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one garbage bag in the kitchen, one paper towel roll, and two dishwasher pods. It was frustrating to have to buy all of these items upon arrival.

Vacation at Indian Shores
Although our stay was nice there were some issues. Upon arriving the condo had a very bad smell of old cigarette smoke and we cold not open the sliding glass balcony doors to air out the condo due to construction on balcony. We lit candle that were already there but smell did not go away. Also balcony furniture was all stacked up inside condo in dining area which looked bad and made it very tight in that area. Condo could have been cleaned better. Hairs on bathroom floors, filthy dirty under trash can in kitchen and there were no trash can liner in kitchen. Linens did not fit properly on beds and kept coming off. Single ply toilet paper is terrible. Should consider upgrading to better TP. Only tiny bar of soap in bathroom to wash hands. Out door bathroom near pool is not marked and had to ask another resident where it was.

Summer Get Away
Over all the property was as the listing described with a few minor issues. The condo was beautiful, location was fantastic with easy access to the beach. The view from the balcony doors was AMAZING.The beds were comfortable and we loved the over sized sectional for snuggling up as a family in the evenings to watch a movie. We were contacted by property management about 4-6wks prior to our arrival to let us know we would not be able to access our balcony, however they offered us a discounted rate for the inconvenience. When we arrived though all of the patio furniture was being stored in the living space of the condo which made it feel cramped and messy. Also in the listing it says there is laundry which I assumed was in the unit, but it was communal. Each floor had its own washer/dryer. You have to dig a little deeper in the listing to understand that. The unit is a nonsmoking unit, but had a HEAVY odor of cigarette smoke maybe from storing patio furniture in unit. We had to buy plug ins and candles immediately because it was so strong. I notified the property manager about the patio furniture being in the unit as well as the cigarette smoke the second day we were there, but never got a response. All this being said, we had a wonderful trip here and would most likely book again.

We loved our condo!!
This was our first family vacation and it was the best ever. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The heated pool and the gorgeous view were amazing. The price was within our budget too. We will definitely book with Vrbo again.
