Vérifier que la chambre a une fenêtre!
Supplement pour une chambre avec view qui était au premier étage et qui donnait sur les lampadaires du parking. Pas de lumiere dans le séjour et la chambre. Pas de draps, juste la couette qui en plus avait des traces de saleté. Aucune réduction de prix.

Nice stay
Nice stay. 2 large pools. 2blocks from the beach. Roms are clean even if they could be refreshed. Carefull rooms are on the interiour court. Only Suites have an outside view (on the harbour or outside)

The pool and the sort walk to the beach was great! The unit we were in needed to be updated but it was very clean inside just needs upgrades. The front office staff was very helpful.

Bugs were crawling on us last night! Totally unacceptable. We booked a King balcony with Marina View room. I had to move all our stuff to a different room and move my kids at 11pm. Even in new room there were bugs. I was unable to sleep and now I have to fumigate my bags before bringing them home!

Property and staff are great, My complaint is I reserved a room with a private balcony and a marina view. What I got was a private balcony with a parking lot view. When I told the front desk and showed them my reservation reseat they told me the rooms with marina view were sold out and there was nothing they could do. This feels like a bait and switch scam so buyer beware. Call and confirm directly with the hotel before your arrival because apparently computer scheduling is faulty. I never even received a notice that my reserved room was not available. Very disappointed.

It's a little dated but pretty great over all. I don't appreciate the additional $34 dollars a day for parking that was sprung on us. But they were very kind and gave us passes to the water park.

Like the food like the location like the amenities however, I did not like being given a bill every morning for breakfast that I paid for in advance and turned coupons over to the wait staff. I don’t believe in errors that profit someone else I take those to be deliberate. After the fourth time, I asked the waitress why this continues to happen and she stated I don’t know they just make us give you it. Sus

Although this hotel is old , it is situated on the intercoastal waterway, so nice views. The restaurant attached to it was great, everything we ate was delicious. The staff was very helpful, met all our needs. We were very pleased.

Overall the stay was good. The floors were dirty when we arrived, but housekeeping cleaned them on our second day. The kitchen had limited items, and there was no crib available as stated. Housekeeping only came through on the day that we left before 10 a.m., so if you’re leaving after that time call the front desk to ask for cleaning.

The staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. There needs to be better customer service, especially for people of color. I was treated poorly and there wasn’t anyone that was courteous to be and my 2 daughters. I was pretty shocked. I paid 541 dollars for one night and the closet smelled stale and had a smoke order. The bath towels had hair on them. I was not impressed at all. The lobby and water park were the most appealing the rest rooms in the water park were not kept up and the condiments in the water parks snack shop were old and some rancid. I am a senior leader in the healthcare industry and wanted to ensure that honest feedback was provided for potential improvement in the future. Best regards, Melissa Vann

The beds were terrible. The rooms had mold in it. No change of towels unless requested. The food onsite was SEVERELY overpriced, overcooked, and not fresh

The property was starting to get in bad shape, especially the wooden walkways on the way to the rooms. Nails were sticking up from the boards that could cause someone to trip a barefoot person to tear their feet up.

Where do I begin? The photos were obviously photo-shopped. The hotel is stuck in time, say 1970s? We paid up to get breakfast included. When we went to breakfast we were told third-party apps were not recognized. I asked again, and then contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel. Finally our breakfast was included. Food was average. Not bad, just average. No housekeeping on the second day, and we left in the 3rd day.

We had a good time staff was great, but we noticed there was mold on the wood ceiling and had got into the drywall below, both in the loft ceiling and dormer ceiling below. As we were not staying long enough for it to effect us. but I verbally let them know at the desk. I have deficits physically, and the only toilet was upstairs and that was a pain, It wasn't stated when I booked.
