Grand condo spacieux, emplacement idéal
Une suite ayant 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, un grand salon, un beau grand balcon face à la mer et une très grande cuisine bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un bon séjour. Les lits sont confortables, les lieux sont propres quoiqu'un peu défraîchit. Le personnel est très courtois et efficace, nous avons eu un problème de climatiseur qui a été traité avec soin et professionnalisme. Malgré le fait que cet établissement se retrouve sur un boulevard assez passant, les lieux sont tranquilles et paisibles. Si j'ai à revenir dans cette région, j'y retournerais avec joie.

Superbe hôtel à 2 pas de la plage
Hôtel haut de gamme avec toutes les commodités comme dans un appartement ( laundry, 2 salles de bain, 2 wc, cuisine américaine avec broyeur et frigo XXL, terrasse...). Service d'hôtel ( serviettes changées chaque jour, lits faits etc...). Parking gratuit. Piscine agréable . Plage de l'autre côté de la route. Un peu excentre de l'animation de la station. Voiture nécessaire même si bus sur la route principale. Bonne adresse à refaire!

Condo merveilleux
Beau condo, grandes pièces. Les chambres sont grandes avec chacune une salle de bain privée. Les lits étaient super confortable. un service de ménage est fait à tous les jours mais ils passent un peu rapidement.Pas beaucoup de lavage de plancher mais plus, changement de serviette et de draps de lits. Et que dire de la vue sur la plage. Nous n'avions que la rue à traverser pour aller à la mer. Merveilleux. La piscine de l'hôtel était bien, assez grande pour que les enfants puissent faire des culbutes à profusion. Le condo est situé près de plusieurs restaurants et magasins, pouvant tous se faire à pied. Également, un service d'autobus à faible coût (4.50 passe pour la journée est disponible. Avec le service de transport en commun, vous pouvez parcourir la côte au complet de Clearwater à St-Petersburg. C' est définitivement un endroit à retourner.

Escapade familiale dans le golfe
Après une arrivée catastrophique à l'aéroport de tampa, quel bonheur de poser les valises dans une grande chambre, très propre et bien équipée. Les enfants étaient ravis de leur chambre et nous de la notre. Rien à redire: entretien, service, piscine, tout était parfait. La plage est à 5 min à pied et les magasins à 5 min en voiture. Seul bémol si vraiment il faut en trouver un, les points touristiques sont étalés tout autour mais rien n'est vraiment touristique aux abords de l'hôtel.

Excellente prestation de cet hotel qui fournit un appartement complet pour le prix d'une chambre d'hôtel. Très appréciable de pouvoir faire ses propres repas dans un espace très bien équipé, salles de bains et d'eau spacieuses, air-conditionné individuel qui n'est pas bruyant, tout pour faire la lessive, etc. Accueil sobre mais efficace, on voit que tout est pensé pour le bien-être des hôtes. Magnifique plage tout près de l'hôtel, idéale pour les enfants, car pas dangereuse. Un seul bémol : la rue devant l'hôtel qui amène beaucoup de bruit, difficile de rester longtemps sur le balcon.

Super appartement!
Les chambres de cet hôtel sont en fait de grands appartements tout équipés avec cuisine. La nôtre avait deux chambres, deux salles de bain et trois tv. Les comptoirs sont en granit et le mobilier est de grande qualité. Tout est parfait. C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons à cet hôtel et nous y retournerons certainement.

Plutôt un appartement complet luxueux qu'un hotel: 2 chambres avec chacune sa sdb, une cuisine equipée immense et complète, lave-linge et seche-linge, grand sejour avec immense canapé et en plus balcon avec chaise-longue.Réceptionniste très sympa. Belle piscine. C'est vraiment dommage qu'il ne soit pas directement sur la plage mais de l'autre côté de la route. Réceptionniste très sympa.

Have stayed here several times in the past and will try to stay here again. Like the closeness to the beach, the rooms are always well maintained and great for two or more couples and is close to all of your needs. Great place!

We found this location to be a great value for a larger group. We had 6 people( 2 parents and 4 kids). There is little available close to the beach like this one that was this size and reasonable priced. Three bedrooms was great to have. Would have been nice to have two double beds in one of the rooms. We loved that there was shade in the pool area. Walk to the beach, food, shopping was all easy. We gave it a four because it lacked the little things that would have made it great like: pump hand soap in the kitchen, all doors and light bulbs in repair, clean furnace filter, more than one kitchen towel and wash cloth, coffee filters that work with the unit provided, more attention to cleaning details, workout area, on time check in especially since we called ahead for early check in. Better seating in the tv room. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We do plan to stay there again in a different unit.

Great location and space, friendly service
The location is awesome, right across from the beach and an easy walk to many bars and restaurants. Spacious condo with in unit kitchen and washer/dryer was awesome, and all the staff were so friendly. The rooms are just not clean at all. The floors were truly disgusting- all of our feet were black after walking barefoot on the tile. We found wrappers and used medication containers in the bedside drawers and under the beds there were bottle caps, napkins, etc. The sheets felt sandy when we got into bed the first night so we immediately re washed all the bedding, and there was a huge stain on the living room couch. Honestly if you’re not opposed to giving the place a quick re-cleaning when you arrive, it’s well worth the price for a great location and lots of space.

I was really turned off by the whole situation. The first room I was assigned had a palmetto bug problem. Which is another name for roach… according to the desk they recently sprayed - I still asked for a new room- they may not be infested but when I tried to kick the bug out it literally crawled under the door to get in. The next room I was given the lock for the door wasn’t connected it was just hanging by a paper clip set up. Had I seen a rating like this originally I would have stayed elsewhere.

Staff was very nice. Patrons friendly too. A couple of beetles on the kitchen floor- no big deal. Hot tub needing attention- we mentioned it to the staff. Pool people came on the 4th day; filled the hot tub and got the chemicals back in balance. We would-WILL definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms/location
Condo suite was in a great location. Amenities were perfect and the place was clean and well kept. Rooms were comfortable and the large patio was relaxing and was a nice touch. I would stay here again, even though there was the minor inconvenience of sound traveling extensively through the walls. A lot of noise sounded like it was in the same room. Maybe the plumbing is old and/or the walls are thin. The location is perfect, as it’s near plenty of bars and restaurants and tourist hot spots. That said, I will stay again.

Very impressive size and layout. Could easily sleep 6 people. Really close to the beach. Short walk to all amenities. Short drive to John’s Pass, Tyrone Square Mall and about 30 minutes to Tampa. Felt safe. Strange kind of main strip town where all amenities are on one through fare but … what can you do? Beautiful white sand beaches. Overall a really nice stay in a clean, large and well appointed apartment
