« So glad to have discovered this place- off the main roads. The whole experience was great- staff were lovely, dogs were made welcome too! Like stepping into an Agatha Christie movie, beautiful furnishings of an era in history. The grounds were well maintained and we loved the Monet Garden - with deer resting near the pond, all very magical. Definitely worth an annual visit »

« This is a lovely old country pub with nice log fires, the rooms are nice clean and warm, they are dog friendly so as a dog owner it’s all you could ask for, after fabulous food you can go and walk it off in the forest, the staff are all nice and friendly, they are very attentive but not overbearing which is fabulous, it is great watching the donkeys walked passed at breakfast, would highly recommend and will be going back again soon »

« Nice rooms over a pub. Stayed here for convenience of getting to the Isle of Wight ferry. Very helpful staff. Good food and drinks Traveling with heavy luggage, beware- No elevator. Staff will help carry it! Would stay here again. »

« Everything was really good with our stay at Walhampton Arms last night! We were welcomed when we arrived to check in! We ate our dinner in the restaurant (I really like the small portions available for people like us who have smaller appetites) and breakfast was brilliant this morning! Set us up for the day, which we spent in and around Lymington before driving back home! All in all a lovely stay at the Walhampton Arms. Thank you! »
