« - Loud squeaky floors - Decent beds, good for families - Room was hot, had a small fan but still had to open the window. A/C controls locked. - Avoid restaurant completely. Took an hour for food to come out and quality was poor. We recieved a refund. »

« Very nice, but 20 minutes away from all the tourists attractions. »

« The hotel overall is excellent, clean and the decor is beautiful. However, there are two minor issues that hold it back. Firstly, not being able to change the temperature in the room was a problem for me, as it was too hot on both nights I stayed in the room. It also seemed a little like some serving staff were trying...

« Check in was the worst customer experience I have seen in many years. I arrived in front of the welcome desk, the lady was busy on her computer, she did not greet me, kept eyes on her screen for a few minutes. Another customer was waiting with me being totally ignored too and not being greeted too. Then the front desk lady looked at me and only asked “what’s the name ?” No “hello” no “sorry for the wait” no “how was your day today” only “what’s the name !” Clearly this person has not been...

« Mandip and Vijay were excellent. 10/10 Breakfast was outstanding Room plumbing needed adjustments taps in the sink and mixer taps in the shower/bath Room was beautiful. »
