Free shuttle service
A free shuttle bus service between the station and hotel exists. Very good location in the city. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Restaurant and tearoom are very nice. Highly recommended.

Très bon hôtel!!
Nous retournons chaque année à l'hôtel Hauser, il est très spacieux, les chambres sont soignées, l'équipe est charmante, le propriétaire est présent et tout le team est très aidant! L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre ville et on peut aller à pied au départ du funiculaire qui nous dépose sur les pistes de ski!

Séjour remarquable et accueil extraordinaire
Un accueil exceptionnel! M. Hauser, directeur de l'hôtel est venu en personne me chercher en fourgon à la gare. Le personnel (réceptionnistes, serveurs du restaurant...) est très compétent, serviable et chaleureux. Les conseils délivrés sont judicieux. Hôtel très bien situé, en plein coeur de St Moritz. Une carte est confiée lors de l'arrivée à l'hôtel, permettant d'accéder gratuitement aux téléphériques, trains, bus... Je suis un habitué des voyages. Je n'ai jamais été aussi bien reçu qu'à l'hôtel Hauser. Félicitations!

I reserved a non-cancellable room here and about a day later wanted to change the date of my stay by 1 day (a month before). Since it was non-cancellable they were allowed to decline the change, which they did and I spent $300 for nothing. Now I'm doing what I'm allowed to do, which is reflect my rating of my experience with them in light of their inflexibility. A hotel in Zermatt at the other end of the Glacier Express allowed me to make the same change to a non-cancellable room.

Adoramos os dias que passamos em St Moritz. O hotel Hauser é bom em vários sentidos. Equipe simpática e acolhedora. Apartamento amplo. Muito limpo. Chuveiro ótimo. Roupas de cama de puro algodão. Café da manhã excelente. O Bar externo é point para o pós sky, além de músicas ótimas e restaurante muito bom. Custo/benefício que vale a pena. Voltaremos com certeza!

This is a nice hotel. I was surprised there was only one choice of pillow, a duvet only with no top sheet, one bottle of body wash/shampoo combination in the shower; just missing extra perks/considerations found in other hotels of comparable price. An outside bar right below our window was fun to see and definitely hear. Skiers were chatting and drinking, having a good time. It was fun at first to witness, but the loud, repetitive pulsing techo-beat was tiresome after a while. It did stop at 9pm, so we didn't have to use the courtesy ear plugs provided.

If you wish, please feel free to send us a message, elaborating what you would have liked to find as amenities/considerations in your room.As for the choice of pillow, we do offer several different kinds of pillows, ranging from anti-allergic, neck-rolls to synthetic or pine-pillows. However, it seems we might have not clearly presented this option to you - and for that we apologise.We do realize that the music might disturb some of our guests and we try to limit the noise as much as possible. Great stay at the Hauser!
The Hauser is a great option for enjoying St. Moritz without spending thousands a night like you could at the Palace or Kulm. The service is top notch as is the location to the mountain. Benedict especially was a huge help the whole way and the staff at the Hauser made my experience top-notch. My only small comment was the design of the showers and water escaping. Space is very valuable in a town like st. moritz and overall, the rooms are designed to give you the guest maximum comfort in the limited space provided. Would highly recommend. The free breakfast is excellent and they also offer hot items for reasonable prices (i.e. omelettes).

Great hotel
Perfectly located near everything including access to the ski hill. Great rooms and superb breakfast. The room was very hot with no option to turn off the heat in the bathroom so we slept with the window open, losing lots of energy.

Benedict & Christina at reception were very welcoming & helped us out with adapters & other queries. The complimentary shuttle service to & from the train station was fantastic. Our room was spacious & clean & buffet breakfast was great. Would stay again.

Chegamos com muito calor aí descobrimos que o Hotel não tem ar Condicinado e fomos recomendados a abrir a janela que a noite ia refrescar Dormi mal com janela aberta , barulho da rua e claridade no quarto por ter que deixar as janelas abertas

Very nice hotel close to everything, The staff was very helpful. Good breakfast and a nice restaurant on the first floor of the property. The small size of the room and has no air conditioning but for us the weather was nice, so it does not matter. Good place to stay 👍

We booked 2 single rooms at the Hauser in May23 for 1 night. Rooms: The 2 single rooms' size were good. Thanks to the hotel, we were delighted when we found out that our rooms were next to each other on the top floor, it was quiet & the sleeping quality was great. Inside the rooms, I liked the TVs, which were direction adjustable & have YouTube! As for the rest of the room, everything was basic & looked like from the 90s. The bathrooms were a bit aged (very white), but at least it's clean. The shower door wasn't wide enough, so all water would spread out on the floor regardless of how careful we were. One of the bathrooms was quite tiny - you had to shut the bathroom door in order to use the basin. It's worth mentioning that there's no minibar or kettle in the room & the room keys were not the usual electric cards. Location: It's about a good 12 to 15 mins walk from St Moritz station, but you'd have to know where to go, i.e. it's easier to walk through the car park & take the escalators. Good location, Coop is also just 2-3 mins walk from the hotel. Service: The lady at the reception was very welcoming, friendly, helpful & cheerful. The hotel granted our requests to allocate 2 rooms on the top floor together, in a corner by ourselves, which we felt very grateful for. Staffs throughout the hotel were very friendly too! Breakfast: Continental breakfast buffet style. Foods refilled quickly, but with limited choices & the breakfast was actually very average. A mixed bags review.

I’m staying here for 4 nights, it just take a while to arrive to the hotel. The staff are very nice and willing to help during my check in. The rooms are in good condition. As I’m living in 4/F floor, i have a good view from the window. Besides, the food in the restaurant are delicious and I had been there twice during my trip.

Very central location in St Moritz
Very central location. Parking on the premises. They let me use it after checkout when I was skiing. Walking distance to ski lifts. Easy to find. Friendly staff. Good restaurant for dinner, but basic breakfast. Will use it again if returning.
