This property is going through renovation, so a bit dusty to be expected. Staff was pleasant, good breakfast, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Close to mayor highways intersections that will lead you any where you want to go. Overall for a working stay, it's pleasant. offers a gym, enough to keep up with your exercise.

BEWARE: Booked through Expedia in January 2024 but property also charged the mandatory card on file for a night’s stay as well. Spoke to a manager after seeing the charge and they refunded it only to again charge it weeks later. Also construction was going on during stay which was very inconvenient and the property was not clean. Complimentary breakfast was run by the construction workers who were working on the property instead of hotel staff.

Loud neighbors. I did reccomend this hotel to my daughter and son-in-law and they had one bad experience after another on the day I checked out. They paid twice what I paid and had so many negative things happen. Their names are Sarah & Cole Worley. I think they deserve a refund.

Construction in process, lack of parking, mattresses were very hard. Breakfast was spotty with offerings, attendant was not very attentive to the items that were out. Toilet ran unless the handle was jiggled. Shower was nice, water was as hot as I wanted it to be. Fridge and micro were nice to have and worked.

While waiting to check-in in a line 4 deep, two guests came to desk to ask for replacement comforters because room comforters were dirty. They were not in the same room as one was behind me in line and approached the counter with the same request. Room was dirty. No soap by sink. Plastic cup in the trash. No remote for tv. Was a horrible experience and I am really disappointed and upset that I paid extra for a brand of hotel that I thought would be decent.

I called ahead to make sure their indoor pool was open I was told yes but upon checking in was told the pool is closed for renovations. We drove and extra 15 miles out of our way, paid over $50 more to stay in a hotel with a pool with our 2 kids just to be lied to and no use of a pool! My kids are upset to say the least!

The property is a nice property and has nice suites. during our visit It look like the hotel was in the process of renovation and upgrades. There where a few issue we had during our visit. The furniture in the suite needed to be replace, the tv stand dresser drawer keep sliding open, the drain out in the bathtube was slow draining. But the suite was nice, spacious and clean. The attendants were very nices.

Some staff (guy) was minding the counter but was focused on the conversation on the phone in some language loudly. Did not have latitude to engage the customer. This was my first time not being able to understand the experience of all the times I stayed here. This was the first time I felt worried for safety of my car. A guest was sitting outside having gotten a discounted room and was asking to use the phones of other guests. I utilized this place because it's close to my family but now I am thinking of other options .

When I arrived I had to wait 15 minutes or longer to get my room key! I was exhausted and there was no one at the desk! Once i got a room I was so tired I went right to sleep, when waking up to shower it was not clean, the toilets are not clean, hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine, what looks to be blood on the wall by the sink. Very unclean and uncomfortable.

We ended up staying in multiple rooms because there were so many issues shoes. The second room they put us in had bags over the smoke detector because people were smoking in the room before us we had to let them know. The pool was closed down the the breakfast was stale. The whole hotel was dirty you could see dust in corners and on picture frames

The property is out to get people out there money they told me before hand no smoking in the room because of the feee and do it outside so I agreed to the terms and don’t smoke in the room they still charge my card 300 dollars for smoking in the room and when asked by manger what smoke did they see and they said the smell of smoke was in the room and I explained to them that even if you smoke Outside and come inside you will still be carrying the smoke on you and they said they had evidence of me smoking and I told them look at the cameras and they would see me go smoke in my car and they said they won’t waste they time looking at it but charge my card for 300 is crazy worst experience in my life.

I was told that the hotel was under renovations. So some of the amenities were not available. It wasn't a bad experience. Just not a complete experience

The staff at this hotel are very good. They want to make your experience good. Hotel has been around for a while so some areas are a little tired but maintained.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the hot breakfast was good! The pool was closed, the hot water tepid and I couldn't get the shower handle to work.
