I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill quickly. The check-in process was painfully slow, and the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. When I finally got to my room, it was far from clean â the bathroom was dirty, the towels looked used, and there was a strong musty odor throughout the space.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked, and when I called the front desk for assistance, they never followed up. I barely got any sleep because of the noise from the hallway and thin walls. Housekeeping never came, despite multiple requests.
Overall, this stay was disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone â definitely not worth the money or the stress.
The smell was just horrible, I finished feeling sick! NEVER AGAIN
