We stay at this property often for cardinal games. The last two times we’ve stayed the rooms have been dirty. Tuesday may 21 we stayed and our room was filthy, the shower had not been cleaned in a long time, floors dirty and thick layer of dust on everything

We had a great stay at the Hilton while we were visiting for a Cardinals game. The staff was so nice from the minute we checked in, to a late night dinner in the bar, to breakfast the next morning. Very clean and the beds/pillows were so relaxing and comfortable. We will absolutely be returning!

Our room seemed to be okay as far as cleanliness. The bathrooms ceiling was peeling pain. We frustrated by the lack of room service after 10pm.

No hot water! When i tried to call about it the phone in the room didn’t work, easy fix just used my cell. While waiting for someone to come check on it we tried watching tv and no remote in room. Must be an extra charge for that. Didn’t offer another room so we could shower.

I paid for a single king bed and was put in a double queen. By the way I paid for two nights in a king bed as a romantic getaway for $600.There was a used water bottle in the refrigerator resin on the bed side table and the shower didn’t work. We were told we can take what we got or check out with no refund.

The stay was pretty nice. The room was pretty nice but it was a bit warm and the thermostat was programmed and couldn’t be changed manually. The elevator in the west bldg was hot and the hallways were too hot. The parking was overly expensive. I believe when you’re paying for the hotel the parking should never be that expensive. We had reservations for one type of room ahead of time then got stuck with what they had left which was not fair either.

There was a lot of hair in three corners of the bathroom floor and in the tub/shower. There was something that spilled and was never cleaned up on the nightstand and there was leftover BBQ ribs in a to-go box in the refrigerator. Apparently the room was not totally cleaned and ready for its next guests.

Our room had a sewer and drain issue and we had to listen to the sink gurgle water the entire stay. The constant noise came with a nice sewer odor as well. I called the front desk and let them know. They said they would send someone but no one ever showed. Then, when I decided to just take a shower and leave there was no soap either. 10/10 would not recommend this hotel.

Our shower had no water pressure and the shower head was hanging half out of the wall. Our room was out of conditioner and body lotion. The safety latch on the door was broken off. There were dark brown stains on the wall by the bed. We asked for 2 towels, twice, and never got them. If we hadn’t been so tired and traveling with children, I would have put more energy into complaining to the front desk.

Having a nightclub on top is noisy for upper floor guests at night given this night club is open till 1am. That’s tough for guests who sleep at 10pm. Also pool is unusable it’s small and full of children. Also expect random rules and changes of rules without prior notice

Spend a ton of money to stay, then have to outrageous amount to park your vehicle there. No free breakfast, of course had to pay for which was to expensive. Room was nice and clean but had no commodities in bathroom. Oh and after you almost $400 for room and parking you charged another $50 for like insurance and you don't get that back. Very disappointed wth this hotel. Will never return. Hotel we stayed at last time was way better!!!!
