Dirty floors, walls, carpets. One of the very HOT, walls beat up and dirty elevators to the ground floor will only OPEN the back doors to the VERY accessible electric room and more (you have to search for the 'front doors' button... CAN NOT BE LEGAL or SAFE. Lobby exit doors to back are slide-bolted at the top to get out (CAN NOT BE LEGAL or SAFE). The 2nd floor stair exit by the elevators is an unlighted hallway through construction debris and un accessible to use. Night check in staff was sick and wanted to charge extra for the all-ready paid room. Must be short of staff, rang the bell and waiting to check-out.. Never ever going there again.

Although it seemed they were doing some renovations the property was very clean. Beautiful view to enjoy. Patio with tables set to relax. The location was quiet. I enjoyed the water fountains. Staff was very friendly and polite.

It is understaffed. The female working the front desk was very friendly. She was the only person at the front desk I saw Monday thru Wednesday The rooms need updating. The paint was peeling on the shower ceiling. The bathtub was worn . The bathroom sink had a crack in it. The carpeting was dirty. I had higher expectations.

Hotel is in need of updating and repair. Bedding was clean but room overall was a bit of a disappointment. While the desk staff person was capable, she was the only person ever there managing all check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, and getting ice for people (all of the ice machines were broken).

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend, and from the moment I walked in I knew it was not what the pictures looked like. The place looked old and beat and had a smell that was so powerful it immediately made you sneeze. The ac system also had the most disgusting smell and the rooms carpet looked and felt like it had not been cleaned in decades. The staff … well let’s just say they weren’t thrilled to be there and the only person that seemed to know and be cheerful there was the manager or at least she looked like the manager. If I was you and was reading this I would not recommend this place.

Walls were dirty, dead stink bugs on the window sills and clumps of someone else's hair tucked under the pillows. Very dissatisfied with our stay.

The staff was very nice. Front desk clerk was great. The room outdated the hallways and elevator was dirty. The room was outdated and not the cleanest. Carpet was dirty in room and lamps had so much old dirt couldn’t even wipe it off before I touched them. The plus side it was very quiet and safe.
