The first 20 minutes of water from the faucet is cold, you need to let the water run 20 minutes before taking the shower. Only one bath towel was provided for 3 days stay. The heater temperature sensor is completely broken. The heater kept running even the room was 80 degrees. Sound proofing of the building is horrible. I heard the snoring from next door, the toilet running, the foot steps. The carpet smells like weed. The pillow case and the bed sheets are not made of cotton. I am not sure it can be called a hotel. It only provides people a place to stay.

I tried to stay for new years and the place was dirty and it was no one at check in. Everything is digital and they told us that room cleaners was out for the night and that we had to stay anyway and didn’t even insist on giving a full refund until I told them my asthma was acting up. As well as the place was filthy and it’s not a hotel. More like a motel and people stay there and it smelled before we even made it to our rooms. The amenities were community based so nothing was in the room as far a kitchen and other little things.

Upon arrival the room had not been cleaned. I was on the phone with customer service (of the property) when housekeeping showed up. As he cleaned I asked the represetative to check for alternate rooms to put me in. She placed me on a really long hold and I am certain did not check on alternatives but came back and said "no options". I wasn't happy and was concerned the cleaner had rushed the cleaning. I requested compensation and was offered $50 and accepted. The other thing is their tedious pre-checkin process. They want a selfie a certain way and want an essay about yourself, claiming it helps them get to know you. I don't need staff in the UK knowing more about me, it's l

The check in was a nightmare. They did not give you complete instructions on how to use your code to get into the building. The building is nasty. The halls smell bad and are not clean. Stuff is broken. The hot water takes anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to get and hardly any water pressure

My stay at Cozy Suites
The carpet by refrigerator was wet from the door being left open. The sheets had not been changed. Other than that it was clean. The check in sucks. You have to put your credit card number in 3 different times. You have to take picture of DL and then 1 selfie and DL. It’s a hassle to reserve a room.

I found it very quiet and relaxing to stay here. The common areas are a cool touch but the memorable part is the friendliness of the remote staff. They were very understanding and helpful. Would recommend this place.

My room was clean when I arrived. I was a little nervous since I was alone because there was no staff there. It was quiet and close to Barnes and stores. I thought it was odd that you didn’t have a code to get through to the garage, but you had one to get out. I would think it would be the other way around so the only ones to get in would be customers and cancer patients. But overall it was good.

The check-in process is long and there is no one at the hotel to service you. For any service needed, you have to call the number given and it takes some time for the issue to be addressed. They do not serve food or have food availability. However, if you need a reasonable price hotel without expectations this would be it.

The noisiest place I ever stayed in my life! Pounding on the floors above, shouting from the halls, etc. went on all night. Service? There is none! Good luck getting through to a human who can help you if you have an issue with your reservation or your room! First time booking with CozySuites, and I will never book with them or any chain run on this model again!

It was extremely clean and looked like they had made a few upgrades/repairs since the last time I stayed here. Parking was great. What was not great was what sounded like elephants or construction in the floor above me. It got worse after quiet hours and there was no one on the premises to handle the problem. Whoever I contacted on the phone and via email was of no assistance. I was woken from a dead sleep two nights in a row. At one point the customer service representative asked me to go find out who was making all of the noise. Unsafe and unacceptable. It also took 15 minutes for the water in the shower to warm. No acceptable solutions were offered to me.

Codes didnt work, could not get into my room that i paid for almost an hour later, when they gave me a code to a room it was occupied, then didnt give me a free night for the inconvenience sent an email saying due to a forecoming guest they can not give me a room. It was terrible for over 250 for one night

Check-in Nightmare
The registration process is lengthy with a lot of questions. I never received check-in instructions so when I arrived I had to call to get that all resolved. Nobody on property to talk to but they did answer the phone to help resolve check-in issues. Once we got our room it was a mess and not ready for customers. The beds were not made and dirty sheets were stacked on top. The bathroom was dirty and it looked like maintenance was fixing something. I had to call again to get another room. It took a while but in the end we finally got a room. Unfortunately it took over an hour to finally get a room from the time we arrived. Once we got a room it was fine. They have a common kitchen downstairs. Since the rooms don't have refrigerators we left some leftovers in the fridge in the common area. The leftovers were in a bag with knot tied. The next day we saw the bag was ripped open and one of the leftover boxes had been taken. Between the registration and check-in process I have no plans on returning to CozySuites.

Very nice stay, I stayed for 4 days in the suite. It was really nice and put together, very comfortable and I felt very safe. It is right next to the beautiful Central West inn and was within walking distance to Schnucks, Walgreens and plenty of restaurants. However there were a few things wrong, one there is no staff at the hotel, everything is done over the phone and online. That being said no one came to clean or do housekeeping. I had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies. The tub had a LOT of hair in it which was gross. Other than that it was a really nice stay. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The stay was good only if I were here on better terms. I’m from Philadelphia and my brother drives a tractor trailer long distance and was in ST Louis ICU. The hotel had every amenity and set up pretty well. The only problem I had was I extended one more day and the key code didn’t work from 11 am. Other than that everything was good.

Not for everyone!!!! Just the few.
It was by far the most upsetting visit I’ve ever had at any hotel etc. I was locked out of the building every night. My wife and I was celebrating our 31 year anniversary and thought we would give it a try. No irons in the room. Limited tv options. No black out curtains or blinds. Walls extremely thin. One night it seemed as if the people having sex was inside our room. It went on several times throughout the night. Everyone food and personal food items shared in the lobbies kitchen. Dishes left unwashed in the kitchen. The ice machine open for everyone to use. We was very disappointed. I would not recommend this type of living.

Not Handicapped accessible. Handicapped parking only if you stay in an accessible room as well. Very small room, poor lighting, poor temperature control.The beds feel like futon mattresses on board slats. There is absolutely no staff. Each person gets one thin towel for your entire stay, and they never seem to dry. The terrible smells from the community kitchen waft through the entire building, even our room on an upper floor. We had to pay in advance for the entire stay, which should have been a warning. We immediately asked for a full cancelation or refund of some kind and were denied. Travelocity couldn't help either, so we stayed. We would never stay again or recommend this property to anyone. Know before you go!

Super complicated booking confirmation and check-in procedures. Provided credit card info twice (scam concerns) and 5 e-mails for the check-in process. No front desk for clean towels or additional toiletries. Paper thin walls, hard beds & pillows. No window curtain. Bad smell on main entrance floor where common use kitchen was unsanitized. Harsh Laundry detergent on sheets & towels caused a rash. Rate this hotel 2.5 out of 10

Terrific stay!
Property and room exceptionally clean. Parking free, secured, and convenient. Common area very nice, especially the use of two well-appointed kitchens. Grocery store just behind the property, and lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Soft beds, linens, and towels. A/C kept the room plenty cool, despite exceptionally hot outside temps. Not great water pressure in the shower, but the water was hot (almost too hot--hard to find that sweet spot between lukewarm and scalding) no matter what time of day we showered. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was pretty awesome and totally unique. There is a great well designed common area that a lot of people used. I saw people cooking meals, socializing, playing on the air hockey and pool table. Felt more like a community and more personal than most hotels. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Free parking also saved us $20/day compared to something like holiday inn.

What a great, unique hotel experience! Check in was super convenient and was totally contactless; I got a code that worked to get inside the building and the room. The amenities were pretty sweet and we really enjoyed the fast internet, Netflix, and the air hockey table. We even cooked some eggs in the morning in the communal kitchen. The CozySuites employees were awesome and super friendly too. It was really easy to get someone on the phone whenever I had a question or needed help. Location is prime in Central West End next to a grocery store and there is even free parking! 10/10 and will be back whenever I'm in St. Louis.

Excellent place to stay in the Central West End area of St. Louis. Conveniently located by grocery stores and restaurants. I was in town for business at the hospital, which was just a couple minutes car ride away. The free parking spot was a great plus as well.
