It was a really nice place, even though the building is older, we really enjoyed it. Very spacious. And it isnt far from downtown at all so we had plenty of time to get anywhere. There are two reasons i wouldnt give a 5 star. One is because there were not enough outlets close enough to the living room tv to even plug it in so we spent most of our tv time in the bedroom, luckily it was just two of us. And the second reason being that the gas stove would not light, and the toaster was broken, so we didnt get to cook at all.

The key box is very hard to open. There was no dish or dish towels.The pans and dishes had to be rewashed and the stove didn't work until i met a person that livedthat lives there to tell me about the downstairs family have kids that turned the gas on so the gas company had to turn off the gas late Monday 7-28-25 the gas company came out and turned the gas on. We went 3 days without being able to cook. The blinds on back door is broke by the kitchen/dining room. They dont have enough outlets to plug tv in its off extension cord and coffee machine is also run off extension cord that runs across the back of the faucet laying on the very back. Everything is run off extension cords. Im very dissatisfied with this place and the company that oversee it. If i didn't need a place to stay because of my son having to go through a 17 hour surgery 7-28-25 I wouldn't have stayed there. If feel i should get half back of the price since I had to go through this added stress oh by the wat the big garbage dumpster is over full and when i asked the host about garbage pick up they said every Wednesday but it wasnt picked up this past Wednesday.

We were really hopeful about this stay, but unfortunately we encountered several issues that impacted our experience—and after two follow-ups, the host has not responded.Positives first: the apartment was very clean when we arrived, and the beds were comfortable, which we appreciated. However, there were several problems we felt future guests should be aware of:• The unit had a strong marijuana odor that lingered throughout our entire stay, which was especially uncomfortable for me being pregnant.• The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived—we had to troubleshoot it ourselves and still struggled with connectivity during remote work.• The dining chairs weren’t functional—three out of four were missing secured seats and I actually slipped off one.• Many electrical outlets and lamps didn’t work, and the oven/stove didn’t function at all, forcing us to eat cold food.• The keys weren’t labeled and several didn’t work, making coming and going frustrating.• When it was time to check out, the code to the lockbox wasn’t visible until we reached out again.We reached out with all of this during our stay and again afterward. Initially, the host said they’d escalate it to management—but after two polite follow-ups, we’ve received no response.We’re also short-term rental hosts ourselves and understand things happen—but lack of communication and follow-through made a tough situation worse. We hope this feedback helps both the host and future travelers
