Un hôtel agréable au personnel sympathique
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel au personnel sympathique et accueillant soucieux de rendre service.(aide à l'organisation des excursions etc...)piscine propre. Cet hôtel est signalé un peu bruyant mais là rien de tel si ce n'est à cause de clients indélicats rentrant tard!un bémol: le restaurant de l'hôtel quelconque et cher.le quartier est très touristique , j'ai préféré Rockley il y a 6 ans. Quoiqu'il en soit la population barbadienne est très accueillante et cela quel que soit le lieu où l'on va. Ne surtout pas rater l'ambiance de Oistins.

Je vous le conseille fortement
Super hôtel car nous avions le duplex 301 face mer avec une jolie décoration ...alors forcement ça aide . Accueil très sympathique même si un peu désorganisé..à 16H on ne savait pas si la chambre était prête ou pas alors que le checking est à 15 H ! A part ça RAS , plein de restau sympa autour..belle plage etc.. Tout pour de bonne vacances

Parfait pour un voyage d'affaires !
A cours de disponibilité dans mon hôtel habituel, j'ai réservé celui-ci. La publicité est alléchante, mais la réalité est tout autre. Même si le personnel est des plus attentionnés, il ne peut rien changer à l'environnement de cet établissement qui ne dépasse pas, à mon avis,les trois étoiles. Par contre, à titre compensatoire, il est extrêmement bien situé pour qui souhaite se promener le soir dans un des quartier les plus animés de la région. Et si vous ne restez que quelques nuits ( 2-3 ) il conviendra parfaitement pour un voyage d'affaires. Par contre, pour un séjour romantique ..........

Noël 2014 à St-Lawrence Gap
Les pieds dans l'eau, des vagues qui invitent à la pratique du surf (une école de surf à proximité). Nous avons eu la chance de nager trois jours de suite avec les tortues à proximité du bord, c'était exceptionnel!!! L'eau est chaude, la température varie de 29 à 31 degrés. L'hotel est situé en bordure de plage, à l'extrémité d'une rue à sens unique, bordée de petits magasins, échoppes et restaurants.

Très bel hotel
Hotel situé dans un quartier animé près des restaurants et commerces. Hotel neuf (ou refait). Nous avions une chambre face mer très belle, très grande et très propre. Dommage, lorsque vous êtes assis au balcon celui-ci étant plein il vous cache la vue. Le personnel est sympathique. Je ne conseille pas le petit-déjeuner car pour 12$ vous avez du pain de mie, du beurre, de la confiture et du jus de fruits en poudre. Nous n'y avons pas mangé car vous avez l'embarras du choix aux alentours. Un conseil, ne prenez pas les chambres en rez de jardin tout le monde vous voit, demandez une chambre en étage.

St-Lawrence Gap est très animé bruit si vous vous couchez tôt .Beaucoup restos et très bon. Très belle plage et bon petit déjeuner compris. Aucun fruit frais. Propre. C'étais notre anniversaire mariage et rien n'a été fait ni rien dans notre chambre...

Petit hôtel correct
Le personnel est très accueillant, l'hôtel est petit mais bien situé. Les chambres sont correctes (bien qu'il n'y ait eu pas d'eau chaude dans la douche), à noter un petit frigo. L'aspect extérieur aussi. Cependant il n'y a pas ou peu d'équipement dans l'hôtel. La piscine est petite. Le petit-déjeuner simple, le choix se fait à la carte. Accès direct à la plage. Cependant quasiment impossible de se baigner compte tenu des nombreux rouleaux. Hôtel à choisir principalement pour sa localisation.

Perfect location to many restaurants, shops and beaches. Quiet except for the neighborhood roosters, clean and friendly. The staff is all kind and helpful and happy hours are fun. The beach is clean and waves are great.

The room was great and the property was well kept. The major problem was the extremely noisy outdoor bars around the area with people playing music exceptionally loudly quite late into the night and very drunk singing. Just to be aware if you plan on staying here.

I loved the location of the hotel. Beach was beautifully maintained. The only thing that needs improvememt is more cleanliness in the rooms and working sliding doors in the rooms.

I went to have breakfast on Saturday 13 about 8:30am, I was immediately seated to the rear right side, close to the juice dispenser, Another couple came in about five minutes after me , and was seated immediately behind my table , the couple that was seated five minutes after my arrival, got served before I was even ask for my order, After this happened I immediately got up , left the restaurant and went to the front desk to lodge a complaint , From then to the end of my stay I started having breakfast on the outside, at other guest houses

Everything was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. Staffs are very kind helpful and professional. Only thing is the beach towels needs to be actual beach towel instead of regular big bath towels. Too small and some looks old. I still recommend it and I’ll defrost go back. I love the vibe there. Feel very peaceful

The location is ideal for a quiet getaway with friends or family. A definite option for beach lovers. The upgrade was appreciated but inconvenient. Reserved two queen beds, got a king bed, a sofa bed and a single bed. The sofa bed should not be an option and not considered an upgrade. Very uncomfortable accommodation for a few days. No elevator in this walk up. Not for older folks. We were told that the room upgrade type was not available on the ground floor. Pray that there is no storm during your stay. I planned a lovely dinner for my group at the restaurant near the beach. Relocated indoors due the weather. Food was very delayed and unavailable, service left a lot to be desired. My group of at least 4 women over 65 waited for more than an hour to receive service. Guests arrived after our group and were served before us, despite our reservation way in advance. Overall stay was good, but customer service training needs to be considered.

Once there are orders prior to yours, that will delay the service. Thank you for also understanding that in some cases four full meals will take more time than a portion of finger foods. We hope to better our service still, even as our closure date approaches in July. Your feedback will be used to ensure this. The upgrade was not ill intended, and we understand from your feedback that it was unwanted. We will be more careful when offering complimentary upgrades to larger rooms for stays. The hotel was clean and at a great location on the beach. Only downside was towel availability. We had to call house keeping on one occasion. The other 6 days were fine.

Our fault, but we were surprised to learn no elevator for 3rd floor room. The staff kindly moved us to their building across the street in a ground floor room. Good area with several dining options within short walk.

Great Beachfront Hotel
The hotel was located on a great beach with plenty of surf and sand. The beachfront bar and restaurant were a great plus. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again next time we pass through Barbados.

Good location but needs updating
Great location right on the beach close to many restaurants, lovely friendly staff, can’t comment on the food as we did not eat there. Hotel needs modernising room was very dated and extremely noisy with music from adjacent venue until early hours, balcony was dirty and patio doors were rusty and difficult to lock. It ticked the boxes for just a 2 nights stay pre cruise.
