An upscale modern 2 bedroom beachfront apartment situated in an iconic building on a quiet secluded beach in St Lawrence Gap but a few minutes walk to the centre of nightlife. Incorporating a large beachfront balcony, 2 en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans and top of the range finishes such as cedar French doors and windows, the condominium comes fully equipped and furnished and includes a 65 inch LG 4K UHD Smart TV, internet streaming services with live TV channels from the UK, USA etc plus recent films, extensive DVD film library, LG hi-fi system with CD player/radio/bluetooth etc, Bose Soundbox, Amazon Echo and hi-speed broadband wi-fi internet access. Dine indoors or on the 230 sq ft terrace balcony with panoramic views over the beach and Caribbean Sea.

The building has high levels of security including CCTV, security guard, intercom and private parking, elevator, private swimming pool and sun deck with direct access onto the beach. Maid service is provided twice a week.

St Lawrence Gap is the main area in Barbados for bars and restaurants. White Sands is located on a secluded beach in St Lawrence Gap next to Dover Beach, with its many water sports and other facilities (including ATM and mini-market) all within easy walking distance.

The city of Bridgetown with duty free shopping is 20 minutes away.

Golf, walking, cycling, tennis, gardens, carnivals and a host of other events and facilities are readily available on the island.

I am sat at Grantley Adams airport as I write this, sad to be leaving Barbados and sad to have left White Sands Villas. What a beautiful property right where you want to be. A tad rocky in the sea, but you can't have everything. We lived our stay from the first to last minute and hope to return. Thank you to the owners and property managers for an amazing experience.

Lovely place at the end of the laneway, meaning it was very quiet. The condo was well equipped and spotless. The view was amazing and the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep every night. The bed was super comfortable! The owner provided great instructions on how to operate the equipment everything worked well. The beach had lots of sargassum (the locals said it has been a bad year for it), but we worked around it and did other things on the days it was really bad. All in all, it was another beautiful time in Barbados and we'll be back.

We cannot say enough about the communication, cleanliness inside and out of our lovely condo. The view was breathtaking. Always clean chairs and umbrellas to use and a sparkling pool. The location was so convenient. We would return again someday. Thank you to the cleaning staff, Cyrus and owner for making our stay so comfortable, just like home. The condo had everything anyone would need, thank you for providing comfy beds, lots of towels and a well equipped kitchen.

This place is by far the best choice for staying in St. Lawrence gap the home was very clean. The location was perfect for dining out and the supermarket is right across the street. The host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again while visiting Barbados.

High recommendations for this condo. Outstanding veranda with GORGEOUS views! This condo was extremely clean, property mgrs were extremely pleasant (Cyrus & Liam) and location can't be beat. The owner (Philip) was also very quick to reply to any questions I had prior to booking and after. 12 out of 10 stars !

An absolutely stunning property on a small beach between Dover and Turtle. Every amenity imaginable is in the apartment. The terrace is large and has a picture postcard view. Secured parking for your rental car. The staff is stellar. The only possible thing that I could possibly criticise is that the freezer temperature setting inhibits maximum ice production. If you want a lot of ice it won’t keep up. I would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at the white sands villas. The property host were more than accommodating to us in every way. The facility was clean and well maintained. We stayed at Phil’s villa K overlooking the ocean and it was magnificent. We saw so many turtles come on our beach at night which was a huge highlight for us. The surrounding area was very friendly and the people are nice. Only thing to be aware of is the cost of living is very expensive in Barbados, since everything is imported.We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

The pictures barely does this place justice. The views were immaculate of the beach. It’s conveniently located in the Gap and it was the perfect location for my husband and I to enjoy our second wedding anniversary which coincided with the Crop Over celebration. Philip is pleasant and great at communicating. He was helpful in recommending a gym for my husband to continue his nonstop fitness journey. The property manager was welcoming and helpful as well. We’d love to return in the future

I’ve stayed at White Sands Beach Condos before but WOW, this was an upgrade!! We had a magnificent time at Philip’s property for our honeymoon. The space was huge and that alone was luxurious. I felt we should call everyone we know to show them how nice it was. The villa is all you could ever want - pristine, unobstructed turquoise ocean view on a non-crowded beach, strong AC (we had to turn it off at times and we were there in peak summer heat!), beautiful marble floors, and comfy furniture. My husband loved the large TV and the pool especially. All the appliances were easy to navigate, and there was more cookware than even our kitchen at home! I also took photos of the art, I liked it so much! The sunset views from the balcony and even through the windows were postcard-quality. The building staff, property managers, and nightly security guards were wonderful and friendly. I’ve come to Barbados 8 times in the last few years and can confirm this is a very safe area nearby the action and many delicious restaurants. We took surf lessons from Barry’s surf school a few doors down - the perfect combination of relaxation and activity! Also, the private covered parking is a fantastic perk. I also have to recommend specifically renting from Philip, the owner. He is absolutely delightful, the exact wonderful gentleman you’d expect to own such a fabulous beach condo. If he has any other destination properties, we will stay at those, too :) Can’t wait to return soon!

Great condo for our party of four. Everything as described. Nice touch with Cyrus meeting us upon arrival and giving us the orientation. (Ensure you give the owner your arrival time) Beach just outside of the building. Private with security guards. Just a great place for those needing a two bedroom place. Nice location in the ‘gap’ Great attention to detail. Convenience store across the road. Once settled better to go to Masseys, Take the local buses for $3.50 BBD. Great pre-cruise stay and vacation. We highly recommend this condo.

Would fully recommend this apartment and location. This is my second time to Barbados and this location was spot on for water loving families. White Sands beach has some rocks so ended up buying water shoes for my girls but the short walk to Dover beach meant a beautiful sandy entry in the water. Amazing surf conditions to learn and improve on, we had lessons at Barry’s Surf school which is a few mins walk from the apartment. We were met on arrival to the apartment by Liam who explained everything and gave us lots of info. Apartment was immaculate and we feel very lucky to have found this place. Great places to eat all within a short walk. Lovely quiet place to stay but close to loads of beautiful restaurants. Can’t wait to return.

This Condo is number 1 on our list in a hand full of stays on different islands and destinations. All 4 of us rate this as a paradise with a more than fantastic beach and an even better condo! The check-in procedure was flawless with Cyrus (Marketing & Reservations Manager) greeting us and providing a tour and full explanation of everything we needed. We will return if we are able to book this exact condo again!

Located along the St. Lawrence Gap but just out of earshot of the nightlife, with dozens of meal options, and a market directly across the street. The view was stunning, and the condo was spacious and well equipped. The beach was private, and there were always loungers, umbrellas, boogie boards at our disposal, so need need to rush out in the morning or pay extra for rentals. The staff was friendly, and extremely helpful. Easy and secure parking on the premises.

Condo was great..pics don't do it justice. Beautiful beach right below the large patio with gorgeous turquoise water is where we spent our days...didn't need other beaches. Lounge chairs & umbrellas are provided but we had "our" spot between palm trees every day so we didn't need umbrellas. We go for the beach so didn't do other activities/attractions.... just a few of the restaurants in the Gap which are many & varied. We used Greg's taxi service as recommended by management for restaurants beyond our walking range and he was excellent. A couple of minor issues (wifi, a slow shower drain) were quickly rectified by Cyrus who along with Liam made us feel very welcome. This was our first visit to Barbados and we couldn't have asked for more....super friendly people and gorgeous setting. We loved seeing the turtles and hearing the whistling frogs at night. We plan on booking "K" again next year but for 2 weeks instead of one!

First of all the property manager is amazing and very responsive when I had questions throughout our stay and the night time security officer was one of the nicest people we met on the island. The property itself is right on the beach, with a beautiful view. You have access to beach loungers and chairs. In my opinion the condo wasn’t as clean. A lot of mold in the showers. The tile grout definitely needed some TLC. The bathtub had a large crack, as well…I could write my name in the amount of dust on the cabinet in the living room. The ant problem in the kitchen was unbearable. We were informed to notify the property manager if it became bad, so an exterminator would come. I wasn’t comfortable exposing my family and myself to those chemicals…Overall, the condo served our purposes.

Upon arriving I met with Cyrus, one of the property managers who gave me a tour of the property and the condo I rented to ensure everything was perfect for my stay. First class condo in a beautiful location. Philip, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with in the time leading up to our stay and provided us with a multitude of very useful information. The large balcony facing directly to the ocean was perfect for early morning breakfasts and evening sunsets. The amenities offered by the condo are superb. The location is exceptionally quiet as it is away from the main street. An exceptional seven nights. We hope we have the opportunity to return some day!!
