On the other hand, we were sorry to read that you did not like our car park fee. For other travellers to make informed choices, we would like to mention that this is a busy area with limited parking in the surrounding neighbourhood. For the price of 8 Euros per night, your car would be parked in a relatively safe 24 hour security manned environment and as a hotel guest, you could go in and out of the parking as many times as you wish without being charged the hourly rate. Nonetheless, we apologise if this has caused you any inconvenience.

Thank you for staying at Golden Tulip Vivaldi while visiting the Maltese Archipelago. We were pleased that you found the location of the hotel convenient for your travels around the island and that our staff treated you in a professional manner. On the other hand, we were sorry that you found the closing time of our spa facilities early, but we schedule daily routine maintenance after 2100 hrs to protect the health and well-being of the guests using the facilities on the next day. As for your other comment, it was shared with the appropriate hotel representative for review.
