Our home is in the heart of downtown St . John’s, on a jellybean row. Walking distance to all attractions downtown, Mile One Stadium, Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi Lake, St. John’s harbour, beautiful restaurants, and shops, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle, to enjoy a quiet evening at home.

Located on a highly sought after street, next to Hallidays, this home offers 3 generously sized rooms all with exposed brick and hardwood, the main bedroom is a full loft with an ensuite with soaker tub. The main floor has a bright, open concept flowing from the living room, dining area into the kitchen that offers a skylight for added natural light.
You will find the laundry on the main for added convenience. At the rear of the home, there is a darling seating area covered with mature trees for added privacy creating an almost courtyard-like setting for your enjoyment. This home features many unique touches including, stained glass, high ceilings, original stairs, and hardwood, plus so much more. All this in a vibrant, desired part of town! Guests are responsible for snow removal during their stay; we do our best to clear snow before check-in. The house has three floors, with two flights of stairs to the master bedroom.
