« Onur is an amazing host! His 3 storey rental is ideal for families or friends travelling together. Hospitality, communication and cleanliness are top notch. The place gives a real taste of what living in St John's would be like. The view from the 3rd floor bedroom is great! Overall this rental would be 10 out of 10 as it is very convenient to walk downtown but away from all the noise. « This is the cutest little property. Very cozy and inviting. It was nice to be out of downtown St.John’s but still within walking distance. Quidi Vidi is a perfect little community. All the amenities we needed were in the room. They even had ground coffee for us ready to go, however I thought it to be unsanitary to have the little scoop left in the container. Not sure when the last time that was washed. My only real complaint was the sub par cleanliness. I ended up buying a pack of Lysol wipes...

« It was a beautiful view & sunrises worth getting up for. It is quiet & peaceful place. Did not realize I was sharing washer & dryer with people downstairs. Both doors unlocked and person knocked briefly once and walked through the door without allowing me to answer. He said he had a key and was allowed to use washer/dryer. Would of been nice to know. But after that no issues. No screens in living room and patio door not able to open. Missed that fresh air coming in as that would of been all part...

L’appartement est bien équipé mais a besoin d’être rafraîchi et rénové (le béton des marches du long escalier est à réparer, c’est presque dangereux. Le spa sur le balcon est vraiment cool. Le petit-déjeuner est décevant, mal présenté et peu varié, et ne correspond pas aux attentes d’un hôtel de cette catégorie, d’autant que la salle dédiée est très exiguë, obligeant certains clients à prendre leur repas debout faute de places suffisantes."

"La chambre était très propre et très spacieuse avec 2 grand lit et un canapé lit. Nous étions 5 et nous n’étions pas à l’étroit, dommage que le matelas de canapé n’était pas très confortable. Le personnel était très à l’écoute nous avons demandé des couvertures et des serviettes supplémentaires et on nous les a apporté dans la chambre très rapidement. Il y avait toujours des places sur le parking et pourtant nous étions là pour 5 jours. Le petit déjeuner était moyen, et cnedt la raison pour laquelle j’ai mis 4 étoiles. J’y retournerai sûrement"
