« Easy check in process and great communication! Very clean and comfortable place to relax. On the quieter side of the island takes about 20-25 Mins to drive from Cruz Bay. Short 10-15 mins drive to Maho Bay. Great property would stay again! »

« Can’t beat the views, especially at sunset. Rooms were great, and just a few minutes from Cruz Bay. Only reason we did not give five stars is because the power was out the first night, and there was no generator to provide lights or running water, so the property manager advised that we should find another place to stay and that we would be refunded for that night, so we did. But it’s been several weeks, and still no refund for the missed night. »

« Perfect get away spot for 2 people. Very private with good water views. Well equipped. Pool was great but had no hand railings for entering the water. The king size bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows, although the mattress was 33 inches above the floor and difficult for a short person to get into. Overall it was a great experience. »

« Recently spent 5 days at On a Whim. Nicole and Marshall have certainly found a slice of paradise here. We had iguanas, other fun lizards, and so many birds! The pool area got a lot of use, and is beautiful. The views are wonderful and the flowers added beautiful bright colors to the outdoor area. « This is a great spot for a family or two couples. Small but well appointed with a fantastic outdoor space and great views. The pool was great with small kids and the hammock gets shade pretty much the whole day. Only a few minutes drive from Cruz Bay but far enough away to be quiet and secluded. There were beach chairs and some toys as well as a cooler to use which was fantastic. While we had a small issue with the water turning off, it was handled promptly and communication was excellent...

« Best vacation stay ever! Gorgeous views of Coral Bay, easy access the North shore park beaches (favorite snorkel at Waterlemon Cay), the east end of the island to Haulover and the South to get to Miss Lucy's, Rams Head and Salt Pond. While it was a short easy drive back to Cruz Bay, our preference was enjoying the local spots right at the bottom of the hill. The house had a well stocked kitchen and we really enjoyed the relaxed approach to "leave it behind"...condiments, beer etc... check out...

« My wife and I stayed for a week with our two children and my wife’s parents. This was our third time visiting St John, so we were quite familiar with the island. First, this location on the island is ideal - we stayed in this area last year and will continue to do so. You’ll be close to the beaches and the drives to Cruz Bay and Coral Bay aren’t bad at all. « My wife and I spent two weeks at this lovely house and wanted to cry on the last day. If you haven’t been to ST. JOHN you need to go. This house is in the perfect spot if you want peace and quiet with a wonderful view. The house has everything you need and the owner was a joy to work with. « Everyone in our party of 6, loved this house and the view! The home was nicely furnished inside and out. The kitchen had anything you could possibly want. There’s a nice outdoor kitchen, but we did not take advantage of it as much as we should have. The pool was, also, very nice. With a wonderful view, comes a winding route up to the top of the island. You will definitely want to have a jeep. I would also make your first drive to the house, in the daylight. The roads are definitely memorable!...

« This was an amazing spot, great views, beautiful landscaping and wonderful decor. The kitchen was well stocked and they had beach gear including a cooler and umbrella which made our beach experience amazing. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms cozy. « This was our first stay, but Eureka Villa is truly our home away from home. We prepared many meals at home and the kitchen had ALL that we needed and more. The food left for us from Sam and Jacks was so delicious and left us wanting more!! We ordered lunch from them daily! With the plethora of towels, chairs, snorkels, fins and sunshades we were well equipped for the many beach days we had! Jackie and the other staff were easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. We will surely be back...
