This spacious two-story, 3 bedroom home nestled at the base of the Mission Mountains (known as Montana's Swiss Alps) on 9 acres makes for the perfect Montana getaway. Located less than an hour from Missoula, 2 hours from Glacier National Park, 30 minutes from Flathead Lake, and under an hour and a half to two ski resorts you'll be in the perfect location to explore all that Western Montana has to offer in any season! Hiking, biking, hunting, water sports, skiing, sightseeing, and snowshoeing are just some of the popular activities this valley has to offer. After a day of exploring the great outdoors, come home to relax with expansive views of the sky and stars in the new outdoor hot tub, or unwind in the 8 person Finnish sauna house.

The large deck is perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing while watching the sun set or even a little morning yoga. Whether you're a large family, a group of friends, or even just a couple on a romantic get-away, the full kitchen allows for special meals and memories to be made. The downstairs game room is complete with a full sized pool table, a gaming table complete with a Poker Set, Chess Set, and Checkers Set. There is also a little toy box for the little ones so the whole family can be included. There is a new TV with a Roku setup, and the couch converts into a Full sized pullout bed. Also, feel free to pull the guitar off the wall and serenade your friends while you're waiting your turn to play!

Walk the property to see some of the great views of the Mission Mountains. You may even see some of the wildlife that like to call this property home. Take a short drive down the road to the Amish Grocery Store and stock up on Ciders, Cheeses, meats, and Ice Cream. Make sure that when you pass a Horse and Buggy you leave plenty of room, and wave hello to our neighbors and friends.
