As you enter 4 Palms, the outdoor space invites your family to unwind. The private pool and hot tub deck offers a perfect setting for sun-soaked days and relaxing evenings right on the beachfront. The fire pit with seating for eight is perfect for nighttime gatherings under the stars, while two types of grills and an outdoor dining area on the first-floor beachside deck make meals an experience. An outdoor shower and private path to the beach ensure that sand and sea are never out of reach.

Inside, the house mirrors the beauty of its exterior with well-appointed living spaces. The main living area boasts a large flat-screen TV and sweeping views of the Gulf, setting the stage for memorable family or group gatherings. The kitchen is a dream for the cook in your group, fitted with modern appliances, sleek countertops, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- A strict minimum age requirement for renters is enforced.
- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.

Bringing a dog or want pool heat? Either can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
