Room was very nice. The backyard is awesome, especially if you have kids. Slide, swings, basketball court. St. Cloud is also a really nice place.

The hvac system was way too loud and very grungy looking. TVs were mounted oddly and way too low. Cleanliness was decent. Nice location.

Overall good stay, decent hotel -but there were a few issues; bathroom was not clean, vents were not clean, toilet did not flush (had to hold the handle down for a few seconds before it would flush).

Property is beautiful, suites are great, hot tub and breakfast are fantastic. Pool was chilly for me but that varies by person. Parking is a bit thin so get there early to secure a spot. There was a hockey tournament going on when we were there so ppl were hanging out in the hallway drinking until 1 am which was awkward for everyone else but staff didn't do anything about it. Kids were running up and down the halls too, staff didn't do anything, so not the quietest place.

We had a quick overnight. The staff was friendly. Breakfast wasn’t great but it was included. The bed was really firm if that’s your thing.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It could use updating in painting. The sleeper sofa was broke and the exercise room was so hot to work out in.

We travel to St. Cloud frequently for our son's sports stuff. We found this place a couple of months ago and now this is where we stay every time. This was stay 5 so far. Not the fanciest, but the suites are great, with separate bedroom and having a full kitchen is awesome!

Wouldn’t stay here again
Checked in really late, staff member was nice. Went up to the room and the key card didn’t work. Staff member fixed the issue. The door didn’t shut all the way, looked as if it had been forced open before. The room was visibly dirty, the shower had someone else’s hair all over the shower walls.

When we arrived back at the hotel after going to sinner there were 3 cops at the enterance with their lights on. We didnt know if we should go back to oir vehicle or enter. As we were entering one cop was coming out so we asked him if it was ok and he said yes. We locked the vehicle and didnt leave the room again til check out. Rooms were kinda old.. toilet was dirty

Good place to stay!
I gave this a 4 star only because the breakfast was not what it usually is when we have stayed at this location. By the time we got down there the eggs were gone, the fridge where the milk and yogurt was located was locked and the apple juice had run out. The staff did unlock the fridge and filled the apple juice, but nothing was done about the eggs. The hotel room was great, clean and quiet. We will stay there again the next time we are in the area.
