I am sorry to hear of your experience. It appears you did not show up for your reservation on May 12th and came in on May 15th asking for a room without paying. Your reservation on the 12th was already charged to Expedia as a no show. We would have needed to make a new reservation that you would have needed to pay for. I am sorry if you felt we were rude.

They booked the second floor to a kids hockey team there was stomping all day and night from the second floor to the first. I called to address it and we where told oh well they have no other rooms and there's nothing they can do and that they asked them to "stop" . Given the last complaint we didn't get to use the pool/hot tub all weekend because they're large group dominated it. And when we tried to we where meet with 3 kids at least jumping into the hot tub. Won't be staying here again . Also they have a rule now u can't live within 30 miles of the hotel great way to thank your community for years of business. Yuck avoid this place !

We apogize for your concerns during your stay. We do take the noise seriously and do make sure that everyone is in their rooms by quiet time, which is 10pm. On weekends the pool and hot tub are usually busy and I am sorry you felt you could not use it with the kids in the pool room. Weekends are the busiest times for our amenities. I’ll be back!!
I stayed at this same hotel a week prior and haven’t slept so good in a long time. The front desk clerk remembered me and was very friendly. He overheard my son asking me about the pool hours and offered extended pool hours because of my late check in. He also gave information about what was available for food and the hotel was in close proximity to stores for things that I needed for my stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends who ask where to stay in this city.

Good stay
Great hotel for a few nights. They did run out of towels but I was able to track down house keeping to get a few. Only down side was there was a boys hockey team also staying and the boys were running around the halls and knocking on our door at 9:30 am. not the hotels fault. otherwise it was a nice stay

We booked hotel, couldn’t access property due to ridiculous construction around the property. Circled property numerous times and could not find the detours to get to said property. Gave up after an hour. Found a sister property and stayed there. Called original hotel and said we had to cancel our reservation, which they happily did and said they understood. Now trying to recoup $$ from Wxpedia

1) I was surprised with the general class of guests considering the cost/room. An unusual number of laborers. 2) Found a bedbug crawling on the comforter. The manager was insistant it wasn't a bedbug although it was identical to photos on internet. They did clean the room but count me out as a repeat guest.

I was confused by the GPS getting to the property, especially when it directed me down a deadend street in what looked like a neighborhood. May that's because Hwy 10 was under construction?

Elevator was broke so used stairs at the end of the hall to get to top floor. Towels were laying at the bottom of the stairs when we arrived Friday night - they were still there when we left on Sunday. Room was very clean; however, only enough to make one cup of coffee and no one replenished the coffee for Sunday morning. Coffee was available downstairs.
