Dear Abdi, You say this about the hotel we upgraded you to a family suite because you booked a king room and the occupancy is 3 people per the city, state and federal regulations. This hotel is of quality to stay at. There is not dog pee or poop in the room. The bed sheets, nor the towels do not stink either. Also, the old woman (manager) does not ever recall seeing you except for when you checked in. All these false accusations is impeccable. All the best to you.ABVI Staff

The A/C does not work while the heating system is on, just as when the A/C is on the heat does not work. The door facing the parking lot of the room that you were in, is an exit door only. There is a dead bolt on the door that you need to turn to secure it. Every reservation is required to pay a deposit, it is right on the reservation sites when you go book the reservation that a deposit is required. Dear Witney,We apologize for the toilet we will have maintenance look at it right away. We had guest wanting us the turn the heat off so I am not sure what the issue was there. You reservation was non refundable because you paid expedia as non refundable. Please do not make accusations, we have a licensed pest control company that does preventative maintenance here.

Dear Vanessa,Clearly you dont read when you do things. Where on your booking does it say we offer free breakfast? Please dont lie on your reviews. We offer coffee and other complimentary items, but no where on our websites does it state that we offer breakfast. Our building heating/cooling system is seasonal. We do not need your business you can pay twice as much and find what suits you. But do not lie about things.

Lexi,Air Quality? Wow we hope you find the accommodation you are looking for. Our hotel works very hard to provide a clean budget option for our guest. We most definitely have pillow cases and yes we clean our bathrooms after every stay. We just washed the entire building's carpet 2 months ago.
