As far as economy motels go, this was above average. Upgrades have been made and you can tell. If you’re a perfectionist you won’t be pleased because we encountered a number of small problems but overall we got more than we paid for. Not that close to the interstate but neither were most of the others we considered in Saint Cloud. Exterior needs the most love but on the upside there was ample parking if you have a truck and or trailer which we did. I’d stay again. Also had a continental breakfast where most cheaper motels Might have coffee if your lucky.

Convenient location. However our room had "tired" mattresses and not desirable pillows. One bug in first room so given anther room. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke.

This place not qualify to stay. The rooms are stinky with dog pee and poop. Bed sheets and towels are all stinky. I supposed stay 3 nights but I have to abandon my money because of my health. The old woman( manager) was also rude and disrespectful. Expedia should refund me. This was the worst experience

Dear Abdi, You say this about the hotel we upgraded you to a family suite because you booked a king room and the occupancy is 3 people per the city, state and federal regulations. This hotel is of quality to stay at. There is not dog pee or poop in the room. The bed sheets, nor the towels do not stink either. Also, the old woman (manager) does not ever recall seeing you except for when you checked in. All these false accusations is impeccable. All the best to you.ABVI Staff

The room was sweltering! It was about 78° in the room and I felt like I walked into a furnace. I tried turning the "cool" setting on, but the system blew out more hot air. I went to the front desk to ask for another room or to fix the a/c. I was told they don't turn on the a/c units until "summer". I had only been there 15 minutes and decided to ask for a refund so I can leave & was told "no". Horrendous! Do not stay unless you love sleeping in a hot, sticky room. They suckered me big time! Even asked to talk to Management and all the front desk person gave me was a phone number.

They charged us for a double bed even though we asked for a long and they were out. No breakfast, the back "patio" door didn't work- had to lock with chain and the key card part was totally ripped off.

The property was under construction. It might be nice again in the future from the look of some of the updates, but mostly it is still very old and in disrepair. Highway construction didn't help. the staff was accommodating.

After checking in, I had to go to the front desk twice due to the keycard not working. The person at the desk was rude and implied it was my fault that the keycard wasnt working. They eventually tried the key themselves and had to switch out my keycard. Overall it was fine.

They showed a swimming pool and a hot tub on their ad. Either one not was working. This is why I give it a low rating. The bed was worn out no AC in room. The hell was really nice.

hotel stay in st. cloud
the dryer said it was commercial it should have dryer my load of cloths in a 60 minute cycle but it barely did it in 120 minutes they always had coffee all day which was nice. they also had treats for breakfast which was something.

The hall smelled like urine. There were bugs in the bathroom, there was hair left in the shower. The toilet was unclean. Didn't dare take off our shoes. The room itself had an air freshener scent (bad air freshner) that was so strong and bad. It permeated our sinuses and clothing. When we left- our clothes and everything felt dirty and smelled like the room.

Not a place for a vacation, but perfect if you just want a clean bed for the night. We got what we paid for. It was fairly clean, but aged paint and grout, etc. Bedspread had pulled threads, but was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were fully satisfied.

One can ruin an experience.
Cheap accommodations you get what you pay for, night staff is very nice and friendly. Front desk woman can be unnecessarily aggressive when dealing with guests. Do not call my phone and ask if I’m going to rebook a room if I choose to I will. Do not bark at my wife when she asks for housekeeping services. Most hotels offer that daily and if your hotel doesn’t then that information should be vastly posted.

The hotel, the rooms stinks!!!!!!!! Can control the room temperature and it’s was hot as you know what in there. the management( lack there of) was unapologetic and uncaring! i will never, ever stay or recommend the piece of garbage to anyone!!! take it off the list!

My room was clean and pretty big. Bed was comfortable and tv was Dish Network. I had eggs and sausage and coffee from the dining room for breakfast and it was great! Staff was laid back and nice. I had no problem getting a later checkout time.

One of the most disgusting hotels I have stayed in by far. The room was so dirty and the heating/ ac didn't work in the room. So when we arrived it was a sauna in the room and smelled horrible when asked for a different room was told by the front desk that they where fully booked (there where a total of 5 cars there all night) and to just open the window. They didn't have a breakfast like advertised just overall a disappointed and disgusted with it and would NEVER stay again.

Dear Vanessa,Clearly you dont read when you do things. Where on your booking does it say we offer free breakfast? Please dont lie on your reviews. We offer coffee and other complimentary items, but no where on our websites does it state that we offer breakfast. Our building heating/cooling system is seasonal. We do not need your business you can pay twice as much and find what suits you. But do not lie about things.

Nasty room and hotel
1. Place stinks 2. The bed was made however it was made with dirty sheets. 3. Hair all over the seat of the stool 4. Hair and nasty goo? Stuck to the bathroom door top to bottom. 5. Overall for $60 I got what was paid for.

Shower was great. Rooms were clean. But, the marijuana smoking was horrible. The hallway was hazy it was so thick. We ended up laying wet towels under the doorway to block the smoke from coming in.

Air quality in the hotel room was horrible; smoky and stale. Bathroom floor was slippery from products used for attempting to clean. The carpet was sticky and musty. Pillows didn’t have pillow cases but over washed pilly duvet covers. Front staff did not make a warm welcome. Definitely a hotel that you get what you pay for. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Lexi,Air Quality? Wow we hope you find the accommodation you are looking for. Our hotel works very hard to provide a clean budget option for our guest. We most definitely have pillow cases and yes we clean our bathrooms after every stay. We just washed the entire building's carpet 2 months ago.
