>Living Room: Queen sofa bed, dining table for 6 guests, 4x accent chairs, smart tv (sleeps 2).
>Guest Bathroom: Located between Guest BD1 & Guest BD2, shower/tub combo.
>Kitchen: Refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, standard drip coffee maker, toaster.
>Laundry: Washer and dryer with detergent for our guests.
>Exterior: Private, fenced backyard entrance, paver deck with outdoor dining table for 6, beach chairs, corn hole, and 4x bicycles (2x adults, 2x children).
>Parking: Park 3 standard size vehicles in the gravel driveway in the front of the home.
