This charming suite is part of a boutique property featuring six private units, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. What we liked...... location within walking distance to historic downtown; quiet neighborhood; felt safe; easy check in/out communications and procedures; parking on site (tight for my truck but still better than on the tight streets)What could be improved....... only one chair for sitting and that was on the porch; more bath towels and amenities (soap; shower body wash; Kleenex; paper towels); simple things for people staying more than a night go a long way for comfort.......Would have been 5 Stars, but a few simple touches and could be there. Enjoyed out stay.

Cute and perfect little stay for our weekend trip to Saint Augustine! Loved the decoration of the room, very Boho. Only thing we weren't a fan of were the microfiber towels so I would recommend bringing your own if you do not like that material for your body. It was about a 12 minute walk to St. George street. Quiet neighborhood and had no issues walking around during the day or night. Grabbed breakfast at Maple Street Biscuit Company which was about 13 minute walk (delicious) and dinner later that evening at Harry's Seafood which was also lovely!! Great stay and would come back.

No, the balcony view is not scenic. The neighborhood is run down and surrounded by either what appears to be poor renters ir poor students. The access is some very tight stairs with a wobbly hand rail. The parking is very bad - its in the very narrow street and my rental was damaged overnight. Unless you are on a shoestring budget do yourself a favor and stay in a nicer hotel

The room is super cute and has everything you need, including smaller touches of things you may have forgotten, to brochures and a small fridge and microwave. I love being able to sit on a patio or balcony to drink my coffe and the balcony checked a big box! Good walking distance to historic downtown

This property was super cute. It had a nice outdoor space. There were snacks available for purchase and coffee provided. There was also shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, etc either provided or available for purchase. The only other thing that would have been helpful would be napkins.

Fountain of Youth

We were able to walk to two great restaurants, Ice Camp and Fish Camp, from the stay location. We were also able to walk to the hop on/hop off trolley. The inside of the property was very clean and well furnished. The way it was set up for an old property was nicely done. The outside of the building had some rough spots. The king sized mattress did NOT have good support for us who are in our 60s. Jared and Monique dud an awesome job of communicating with me.
