Sunrise Beach Retreat at Summerhouse - Ground Floor, Heated Pools, Beach Access

***During 9/22/2025 - 10/3/2025 Summerhouse will be conducting a pavement project to mill and resurface the parking lots. This includes re-striping spots and repainting parking place numbers. There will be noise associated with the work during the day for those dates. During the project cars will need to be moved while the equipment is being used in the area. This is to protect the vehicles and allow the equipment to mill and resurface these areas efficiently. Guests must move their vehicles as requested, or they will be towed by Summerhouse at the vehicle owner’s expense.***

Lovely ground floor condo in Summerhouse building 4! You'll enjoy pool views and relax at the sounds of the peaceful waves that lap at the silky shore just steps away.

This lovely home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for cooking a great family dinner.

The master bedroom has a king size bed that restores you after your day of activity and fun at the beach or visiting St. Augustine. The second bedroom has twin over full bunk bed and there’s a sofa sleeper in the living room.

Summerhouse complex has four heated pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, racquetball courts, and bike racks. There are grills with cabanas, new playgrounds for kids and horseshoes and shuffleboard.

The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill.

There are bicycles for rent, as well, nearby. Walkovers to the beach have seating areas where you can go and enjoy the view, read, or just relax with friends. Crescent Beach, where Summerhouse is located, is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers when the tide recedes, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! Further north, 4 wheel drive vehicles are allowed. St. Augustine city center, only 10 miles north, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop til you drop! You will want to return year after year!

Bring an extra queen sheet set, blankets and pillows if you plan on using the sofa bed. The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you.

You have a designated parking spot marked with the unit number. You may also park one additional vehicle in an unmarked spot. 2 vehicles max, no exceptions. Must pick up parking pass from office upon arrival. It's $10 to get one for your whole stay, or you can pick up a day pass each day from the office for free. *If you are going to arrive at Summerhouse after office hours, you will need to prearrange for a parking pass in advance with the office. This is very important!*

Service Animals: Pets are not allowed at our beach retreat. If you bring a pet, we will charge your damage deposit for a pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house and you will risk cancellation of your booking. You must let us know if you are bringing a service animal, it's important to let the cleaners know and the office of the condo.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.
