The Space:

Make your way up onto the sunny front patio, check yourself in and be greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind along with everything you could need for a relaxing stay.
Gather together in the inviting, open-concept living area with a plush chaise lounge and a 55” Smart TV with access to your favorite streaming apps – the living area can also be used as an additional sleeping space with a queen-sized sofa bed for two guests.
Step into the modern kitchen that comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you could need. The kitchen features a coffee machine and coffee grinder to get your day started right and a large breakfast bar with granite countertops for prepping all your family favorites.
Enjoy a meal together at the stylish dining table set for six with additional seating for four at the long breakfast bar or drive ten minutes into the historic district and visit one of Saint Augustine’s many restaurants.
The home has three bedrooms, each offering comfortable beds topped in quality linen along with wall mounted Smart TVs, closets, ceiling fans, USB charging stations, and enough space to unpack and make yourself at home.
The master bedroom features a large king bed with its own ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and 43” Smart TV. Bedroom two has a queen bed with a dedicated workspace and a 40” Smart TV. Bedroom three has two twin beds and a 32 ” Smart TV which makes our home perfect for families.
The two bedrooms share the central bathroom which comes stocked with all the essentials and plenty of soft fluffy towels. You’ll also have access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer along with an iron and ironing board so you can pack light and wash on the go.
On a sunny day, step out onto side deck and cook up lunch on the George Foreman Grill or sit out on the front patio and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning with four Adirondack chairs and two end tables giving you the perfect place to sit back, relax, and take it all in.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire house along with a private, fully fenced backyard as well as free high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, free parking for two vehicles, an assortment of games, and complimentary coffee for their first morning and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous new build cottage is located in a quiet, leafy neighborhood just minutes to the Historic District and its abundance of restaurants, bars, boutique shopping and many great attractions.
Pack your golf clubs and play at the stunning Royal St Augustine Country Club just a short 4 minute drive away, then stock up on supplies for dinner at the Publix supermarket only 5 minutes from the house.
You’ll be just a short drive to St. George Street, the most popular place for visitors to experience all the sights and sounds of the Ancient City. The streets are lined with charming boutiques, restaurants, historic homes, and attractions. There’s even more to explore just off of St. George Street too!
Wander off the beaten path to Aviles Street the oldest street in the nation, which is known for its art galleries, romantic restaurants and gourmet ice cream sandwiches!
You won’t find a more picturesque location in the historic district than the plaza of the Lightner Museum which faces Flagler College. King Street separates these two historic buildings of Spanish Renaissance architecture that are a must visit.
Walk to the light house and Maritime Museum then stroll over to the captivating Castillo by the Matanzas River. Take in a ghost tour of the city after dark then settle in for a drink or two at one of the many great bars all just minutes from your door.
Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city and all the popular sites or why not hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum and monument.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay.
Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.
Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.
The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

SECURITY CAMERA:
The home has an active security camera installed at the front door (Ring Video Doorbell). No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home.
