With the sunshine and refreshing salty sea breezes kissing your cheeks, the Gulls flying overhead and the Pelicans who fly in an exact straight-line overhead, you never know what you will find down at the sandy shoreline of the Atlantic Ocean. There are literally miles of shoreline to explore. To the north you will find the St Augustine Pier and to the south, Matanzas Inlet. In between as you meander up to A1A, you will find restaurants and many shops. Layout: The main living area of the home (kitchen, living room, dining) are on the 3rd floor. Bedroom 1 / Bathroom 1 (king master suite) and the half bath are also on the 3rd floor. All other bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor.

We offer Pool Heat for $150. Please let us know prior to arrival if you are interested in adding any or all of these amenities to your stay prior to arrival. Please note: pool heat requires two days so please let us know at least two days prior to arrival if you'd like the pool heated.
No pets allowed. There is a $500 fine if a pet is found on site.
The elevator on site is not for guest use and is not mentioned in the listing for this reason.
