This air-conditioned ground floor condo can sleep up to 7 and includes convenient free parking right outside the unit. Fully accessible, this unit is located only 300 yards away from the beach and has many amenities, including 2 pools (one heated in winter), tennis and shuffleboard courts, an indoor gym/clubhouse, and outdoor grilling and dining area.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with a new mattress and a private ensuite bathroom with a standup shower and chair. The Guest Bedroom includes a double bed and a twin/single bed. The Guest bathroom located just outside the guest bedroom comes with a deep tub and shower and plenty of racks for hanging all your towels. Each bedroom has an HDTV with a DVD player.
The Living room has a 55" Ultra HDTV with a leather sofa and love seat. There is also a futon that comfortably sleeps 3 children or 2 adults with an easy add-on bench (located in the guest bedroom).
The Dining area comfortably seats 6 with room to squeeze in 2 more when needed. The kitchen includes a stainless steel Fridge/Freezer, Stove, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Keurig coffee (courtesy coffee pods included: 1/adult/day). There is a stacked Washer/Dryer inside a closet next to the fridge.
Free WiFi (300mbps) & DirecTV cable television programming are included as well as cordless landline phones with unlimited free calling anywhere in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Guests enjoy convenient Free Parking for up to 2 vehicles. One vehicle is permitted to park in any 'O' Building designated space immediately outside the unit and another can park in the guest parking lot area, less than 100 steps away. Please enquire if more parking is required.
Guests also have use of one (1) beach umbrella, two (2) lightweight beach chairs and two (4) beach towels.
A Keurig coffee machine and fresh coffee pods are available for all guests to enjoy upon arrival (1/adult/day).
All are welcome, including one pet per stay (see NOTE 2 below).
NOTE 1:
All guests are required to respect All Condominium Association rules & policies (Full details will be provided within a comprehensive 'Information Packet', emailed to guests as part of their Booking Confirmation).
NOTE 2:
All guests must respect all condominium association rules.
Ocean Village Club (OVC) allows only ONE (1) pet per rental booking.
- ALL pets MUST be registered at the main office upon arrival, where a $50 'Pet Registration Fee' will be charged and a pet leash/tag provided.
- The pet leash/tag must be displayed on your pet at all times when your pet is outside the unit on OVC property.
- Note that the $50 'Pet Registration Fee' is additional to the $100 'Owner Pet Fee'.
- Ocean Village Club does not permit any aggressive breeds, such as Pit Bulls (Pit Bull is defined as American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Pit Bull Terriers), German Shepherds, Chows, Dobermans, Rottweilers, or any dog that conforms to any of these breeds or characteristics. Please enquire if you have any questions related to your specific breed.
