Southern Charmer w/ Pool and Stellar Location-Walk to Everything Downtown!

This beautiful pool home with amazing location provides all you need for an exceptional stay! You'll have 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, parking for 4, private pool, fast wifi, outdoor shower, gas grill, tv in every bedroom (streaming Netflix, Prime and YoutubeTV plus fast wifi. This light and bright open concept main floor has tall ceilings, Living Room, modern Kitchen with island seating and dining room space for 6-8...this house is so well equipped if we don't provide it you probably don't need it!

Main Floor:

The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, marble backsplash and an island with seating for 3. The Living Room has a large 60 inch wall hung TV, 2 sofas and the Dining Room has seating for 6-8. Light and bright with windows overlooking the Mission and the pool...it is a relaxing space after a busy day of sightseeing. Also downstairs are a 1/2 bath, pantry and laundry area for your convenience.

The first floor Primary bedroom is spacious with King Bed. vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, wall hung TV and an en-suite bath with large walk in shower and glass shower doors.

Second Floor:

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms...two with Queen beds and one with 2 Twin Beds. Each bedroom has it's own wall hung TV and ceiling fan. The full bath upstairs is a tub/shower combination with glass shower doors. There is a central hallway leading to an upper porch with beautiful views of the Mission.

Outside:

There is a spacious deck area for lounging. The pool has a waterfall feature and swim up bench so relaxing is easy. You'll also find an outdoor shower, patio dining table with seating for 6, several lounge chairs and gas grill. There is green space and all of this is fully fenced and private.

Guests rave about our location! We are in a neighborhood located adjacent to the famed Castillo de San Marcos (the Fort) and the Mission. There are shops and restaurants at the end of the block and you can easily walk to St. George street.

External security cameras in use. This is for your protection and protection of the property. Video recordings occur incrementally. Video is routinely deleted by the system and would only be shared with law enforcement as needed. Exterior cameras overlook each driveway (there are 2). The front driveway camera includes a portion of the pool.

We had a great stay at this home! We LOVED the location and walking to Nights of Lights in St. Augustine was just perfect. I grew up in St. Augustine but never stayed downtown. It was such a great experience! Adorable stores and coffee shops were right up the street. Returning with my own family for vacation was so special and this home had ample space for all of us. I also appreciated all the little touches - liquid hand soap in all bathrooms, shampoo available, paper towels and toilet paper to get started, beach towels, and even a little Christmas tree to help enjoy the holiday. We would definitely stay again.

Our out of town guests for a wedding loved this house! We also rented the property next door which made it so easy for family to interact. There was perfect space for everyone. Easy walk to downtown. More than enough off road parking. Definitely recommend!!

Lovely Home

Great home in a wonderful neighborhood

My wife and I had our college aged daughter and a few friends meet us at this house for a long weekend. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house, and absolutely loved walking through the neighborhood for our frequent trips to downtown St. Augustine.

Nothing but wonderfu!

We had planned this trip I think beginning of 2024! Pauline was incredibly helpful with all of my questions. I had some special needs for my elderly mom who was traveling with us, any question or weird request, Pauline responded with several options. The house was so lovely. Perfect size, great location, easy to get to anything your heart desired. Extremely clean like wow clean! It simply was perfect! I will def be back and if Pauline has other rental locations, I will be checking those out as well You will not be sorry renting this house and renting from Pauline.

Perfect stay!

We will definitely stay here again. The house was perfect. Everything was very comfortable and exactly as listed. The home was spacious, clean, and very functional. We stayed with my elderly parents and adult child. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located by a short walk to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Destination Wedding Weekend

My family traveled to St. Augustine for my son’s wedding. The home was absolutely perfect for us. The location was great inasmuch as we were looking for a quiet street that was within walking distance of coffee and the downtown area. We enjoyed the pool area and the abundance of towels and seating. Beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen perfectly outfitted. It’s so nice to travel and arrive to a well stocked kitchen/bathroom. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful rental

We booked this home for a quick short stay for our family to have a little relaxing getaway and that’s exactly what it provided! Beautiful home, clean, comfortable and has everything you need! Loved being able to walk to get coffee in the mornings and relax by pool or sit on the picture perfect front porch and enjoy it! Manager was super kind and responsive, booking and checking in very simple. I hope we get to book again at some point!

Great location and stylish home

We were a group of ladies spending a few days in St. Augustine. The house was just as advertise and perfect for the 8 of us. Loved the pool. We walked everyday to the shopping and eateries. Would definitely recommend this home!

Home Away from Home

This property was a quick 15 minute walk from downtown St Augustine and an easy 13 minute drive to the beach. My family and I LOVED this house! It was beautifully decorated and fully equipped, literally anything you could need, it was provided. Pauline was super communicative, always providing a quick, friendly answer in a timely manner. When in St Augustine, we would love to stay here again!
