Guests may also enjoy access to the community pool and tennis courts upon request. Longer stays are welcome, with flexible and negotiable terms available to fit a variety of budgets.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table for six provides a comfortable setting for family meals or gatherings.



Step outside to the covered patio, where comfortable seating invites you to relax and enjoy the serene pond view with fountain. For ultimate outdoor indulgence, this home features an inground Jacuzzi for soaking under the stars and a BBQ grill for alfresco dining. Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

- This home is equipped with one (1) external security cameras located at the front door and actively monitoring the front entry.
