The Space:

Make your way up to the ground floor condo and into your own stylish seaside escape stocked with all the beach gear you could need including a shady umbrella, chairs, towels and toys along with a private swimming pool, fitness room, and a lake with a gorgeous fountain to greet you as you arrive.



The living room features an open plan design with two plush sofas that surround the Smart TV and the beautiful French doors that lead out onto the sunny covered patio, the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee with picturesque lake views.



Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the fully equipped serve through kitchen with high-end, stainless steel appliances including a full size fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, a built in microwave, oven, stovetop, coffee maker and a dishwasher to take care of the cleaning up giving you more beach time.



Eat together at the elegant dining space with a table set for six or if you don’t feel like cooking, take a short stroll to the Golden Mile where you will find an abundance of delicious bars and restaurants including Salt Life, Panama Hatties, Beachside Diner just to name a few.



The master bedroom features access to the patio area and is filled with a luxuriously large four poster king bed and a wall mounted Smart TV. Unpack and make yourself at home with a huge walk in closet then wash up in the lavish ensuite with a his and hers vanity, a relaxing deep bath and an oversize shower.



Down the hall is the second bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and the third bedroom with two twin beds, both with Smart TVs to keep everyone entertained.



There is a central beachy themed bathroom with a full size bath and overhead shower and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer so you can pack light and wash on the go.



The beautiful white, sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are just steps away from the condo where you can relax or play on the sand at St. Augustine Public Beach, shop at the weekly farmers market, fish off the pier then come back to the condo and enjoy a BBQ cookout at the grilling stations while you sit by the heated pool overlooking the lake.

The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and includes complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.
