This beautiful "beachy" and modern 3rd floor condo offers a great view of the ocean while sitting on the new living room furniture complete with a 58" Smart TV. With a spacious kitchen and dining room table, you can enjoy a wonderful family meal made with the Electric grill on the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with a Keurig, crepe maker, Ninja blender, sandwich maker, pizza oven, toaster oven, etc., and a full size washer and dryer next to the kitchen. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom along with a private en suite and access to the huge balcony, where you can hear the ocean waves. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed, with access to the 2nd bathroom. There are 3 bunk bed style twin beds in the smaller 3rd bedroom, also known as the "Crow's Nest." For safety reasons, we ask that no one over 100 lbs go on the top bunk.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, fitness center gathering space and more.
The beautiful, white, sandy beach is just a 3-minute walk from the front door to the private boardwalk next to the pool, until sand "tickles your toes". Pristine, well-maintained beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access and south from Mantanzas Road. St Anastasia Church .07 of a mile away with daily Masses.

This condo is equipped with private WIFI and has TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide starter toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Only a 15-minute drive over the bridge, is the historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine's attractions here in the office!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter's Wax Museum and mini golf, for some good old fashion family fun!

In the months of June and July we offer a variety of daily on-site food trucks by the pool and weekly movie nights on the lawn!
