The perfect vacation rental, where you can have your whole family under one roof. This family in mind vacation rental have the convenience of two houses in the property, so you will have the liberty of picking different sleeping arrangements for your family. The property is surrounded by 2 acres of nature, giving you the sense of country, yet close to the beautiful city of St. Augustine.

Villa Leo is 15 minutes away from St. Augustine city, 5 minutes away from world golf village, and 5 minutes away from St. Augustine outlets. If you decide to have dinner outside, there is plenty of mouth-watering restaurants within minutes, and tourist attractions as well. If you cannot pull yourself away from the comfort of Villa leo, you have an spectacular and spacious kitchen, in which you can become your family’s chef. Whatever your evening demands, Villa Leo can accommodate and facilitate the best time for you and your family.

Villa Leo was constructed with families in mind, we encourage you to bring any member of your family to enjoy the various activities that the house offers. These include a refreshing pool to cool off during hot days, or a warming pool during “winter” months. Also outdoor activities in the volleyball court, basketball hoop, outdoor grill, outdoor dining, fire pit, and for those rainy days, cozy living rooms, and plenty of rooms to cuddle up and rest.


This magnificent property can comfortably accommodate 18 adults between the main house and the pool house. The 7 bedrooms include all new bedding and high quality linens. The private heated pool is enclosed with a screen for privacy and sun protection, and surrounded by a patio, connecting the two houses and eventually a passage for a great weekend.

There is no need to worry about parking since Villa Leo can take approximately 8 cars, depending the size, or even ample room for your RV and/or boat. Your car will be parked inside the property with the protection of a gated driveway, and fence all around the property.

Please note the following:

-DO NOT FLUSH ANY WIPES
-Please use outside shower to remove al dirt before entering the pool.
-Do not smoke, this is a non smoking property.
-No pets are allowed, a fine of $300 per night will be charged.
-For your protection, we have cameras outside the house.
-Check in is at 4pm and check out at 11am, controlled by access codes.
-No parties or events allowed.

The property was impressive online and highly rated - leading us to select it. But there's always a hint of skepticism until you arrive...but that need not be the case with this property. The managers were communicative and gracious. The spaces are as-described, and the space this created for our family to celebrate a wedding in St. Augustine could not have been better. We were so pleased with this property. It is well appointed, owners take pride in thier property and they have tried to accommodate any need you may have. Many items in the kitchen for ease of use and quality pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, and excellent coffee maker.The property was spotless and very well maintained. 16th girls trip and by far the BEST home we have ever stayed in. We felt secure from the onset because the property is gated, and so spacious. Plenty of room for parking! The houses were immaculate, and the pictures do not do it justice! It is beautiful. More than fully stocked kitchen, and kitchenette, 2 laundry rooms , screened in pool, picnic area with grill and fire pit, volleyball court, and plenty of outdoor seating. 14 women cooked, swam (in February in the wonderfully heated pool), relaxed indoors and out, played games, read, ate, laughed and slept so well! This property really had it all. So close to shopping and easy access to attractions. It is not walkable, but we knew that going in, so we found a park nearby with trails that was an easy drive away. When sitting around the pool, you cannot see the road which makes it feel so private. Nic was so supportive during our stay. We will be back.

We stayed three nights with our 4 girls the husbands and children. The house and pool house along with the pool and outside kitchen and fire pit made for an amazing family getaway. Only a twenty minute car ride to park to see the nights of lights downtown St Augustine. We all had a blast and felt very at home. We will definitely return.

The entire experience with this booking experience was excellent. From the time I booked it, the communication with the property manager was consistent and reliable. We booked for an annual guys golf trip and the house easily accommodated all 8 guys in their own bedrooms with plenty of space, outdoor recreation area a heated pool and no shortage of bathrooms and showers. The only challenge for a group of our size who cook our own meals each night was the limited counter space in the kitchen for prep work, cooking and gathering, but we made it work by taking advantage of the extensive and well-designed outdoor space.

The house was beautiful, new, clean, and stylishly decorated. Although off of a main 2 lane road, you couldn't hear the road noise when out by the pool or BBQ area. Our group was large (15) and we fit comfortably in the house and common areas. My only critique would be the master bed was extremely hard. We felt the other beds and they all seemed much more comfortable. The master bed is the only reason I would hesitate staying here again. Our host was great, very responsive. The pool was beautiful. I appreciated that whole bottles of dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent were available instead of the 1 tab normally left at rentals. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was very nice and set up well for our needs at the property. Nic was very responsive when asked questions. We also enjoyed our time while on property. The location was not ideal since there was nothing to do within walking distance, and really even taking a walk was not possible due to the traffic speeds on the road and no sidewalks. Also, the road noise while outside at the property was very noticeable. Even the bedrooms on the roadside were a problem those in the roadside bedrooms

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Nic And this beautiful property! We stayed here the first weekend of October this year, And everything went perfectly. The property is gorgeous and it is huge. We had about 15 of us staying on site and there was more than enough room to have our own private spaces. The pool house was a huge plus Too! Overall, a great property, great communication, super accommodating, and we would recommend to anyone!
