Passion Flower is a delightful getaway perfect for couples. This charming retreat features a cozy bedroom with a TV, a study table for two, and a private en-suite bathroom with a standing shower. Guests can take advantage of a fully-equipped kitchen (spices not included) and a welcoming dining room, with grocery stores conveniently located nearby. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available inside the entrance.

We are just off the beaten path, so you may hear activity early in the morning to late at night….It is a vibrant town!
Because you are sharing the property, it is important that guests respect each other. House rules are enforced!


Your unit #3 can be accessed through the rear door labeled 3. Free street parking is available in front of the house; however, please do not park next to the yellow curbs. It is advisable to park on the opposite side of the driveway where the yellow parking blocks are located.

Driving is best, but you can rent bikes, scooters, three wheelers or grab any of the tourist trollies...all just a few blocks away. Or call a pedi-cab and they will pick you up at the front of the property! Walking is a great option too!

All of our properties are routinely treated for pests, but when the doors open bugs can come in; they love crumbs and open or unclean glasses of wine or pop, stagnant water from buckets and glasses and anywhere water accumulates, so please do your part! Definitely remember to use repellent when outdoors
-Curtains should stay down in the sitting space to keep rooms cool due to the bright sun facing into the home.
-Trash bins are in front next to driveway entrance.
-We thank you for observing our STRICT non-smoking rules. You are welcome to smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts and be considerate of other guests.
-Having many properties to cover is not a good excuse for anything that we might have missed. Please let us know if there is anything we can fix or drop off. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience!

We enforce pet fees for guests traveling with emotional support animals. If a guest refuses to pay, we will not allow the emotional support animal to stay. Dirty and disappointing

I don’t know how often you inspect your properties, but I will say the cleanliness of unit 3 was very disappointing, floors where dirty to the point our feet would get black from dirt after a short of walking on them. Ceiling fan in the bedroom and exhaust fan in the main bathroom where cover in , I have photos if you’d like to see. Shower mat in the shower was dirty. Pans had food stuck to them and dirty to the point we wouldn’t use them. etc. No complementary coffee as mentioned in listing. The yard was unkept and needed some TLC to say the least. And the blinds on the windows let in the light from outside to the point it was like having the light on while sleeping.In general the property was sub par. Very disappointing.This is an email I sent the property owner , without any reply

Great Location, Great Value

Very close to old St. Augustine, restaurants and beaches. Great alternative to hotel. Not 420 friendly for an outside smoke, landlord texted that it is no bueno on the property, although legally prescribed.

The place is small and not super fancy, but it was clean and great for our needs. It is very convenient to everything in the area. I loved the yard area, perfect for people with dogs and the neighborhood was also walkable to take my dog out.

Nice, but needs help

Nice location, but lacking many essentials for a comfortable stay. Only 1 TV, had to ask for more silverware and measuring cups. Had to do dishes after every meal. No toaster. Only a loveseat in living room. Could be a great property, but I think they tried to hard to make multiple rentals out of home.

First impression was a cute place and then everybody started pulling in the park blocking each other in I feel like your unit 1 and 2 should be on street parking so that three and four can be somewhat close to where they go in. Walked in the unit it was not clean needed some updating. The bed and dresser were too close I knocked my knee about three times. That's why you ordered the upstairs bed Heather hair in it. It was an amazing location. The unit definitely needed some maintenance.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS LISTING

Upon arrival I realized it was not at all what was listed. The "room" we booked was so small and the size group I had would not have been confortable staying there!! That was problem #1. #2, the smell inside the home was terrible!! Like someone boxed up an old wet gym shirt for a year then opened the box and set it in front of the AC! #3 There were stains on the carpet in the shoe box sized livingroom, if you can even call it that. There was even a clump of pet hair from the previous visitors. Nothing had been vacuumed. And if the owner tries to dispute this post, it wasn't dog hair from my dogs since they have red short hair and the clump was long and white!!! The TV is mounted about 2 feet off the floor! You can't leave it plugged in because you'll trip on the cord. The coffee table was broken on one end so you could have cut yourself on it had you run into it. (Which would have been easy to do with more than 2 people in the room!) The dinning table had multiple issues. The floor air vent in the kitchen was not secured to the floor so someone tripped on it! The bottom of the stairs doesn't have a rail and they're very steep so someone could easily fall. The ceiling light in the upstairs bedroom (ATTIC BY THE WAY!!) did not work so you would have to cross the room in the dark to turn on a light by the bed. The bedding smelled and looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks. The kitchen was gross. Looking at the dishes I could see they needed to be washed before use. The cabinets are a mess and are in need of replacement! When all of this was addressed with the owner via phone with VRBO, she lied through her teeth and said it was all new! She also said I was just looking for reasons to get out of the stay because it wasn't what I expected! You're darn right it wasn't what was expected but I certainly wasn't "looking" for reasons, they jumped out at me!! That's when the rep on the phone spoke up and informed her that I had sent pictures and that he had reviewed them and absolutely felt she needed to make it right! She wanted to send cleaners to reclean but that would not have fixed all of the other issues, the smell being the worst at the time! The rep suggested the refund and she said fine but we had to get out. Of course I was happy to leave that miserable place. I stepped out the side door only to discover the worst problem ,#4, the handle was falling out of the door! It could have been pulled right out. NOT A SAFE PROPERTY AT ALL. RUN AWAY!!!!

Overall a great stay!!

Pros: great location, nice yard, comfortable bed, easy check in/check out, dog friendly 🐶👍🏻 Cons: living room couch is very small and uncomfortable. Definitely would not consider this another place to sleep… unless maybe a small child.
