With two expansive levels of indoor space connected by an open staircase and elevator, Turtle Dunes has been thoughtfully furnished as a vacation paradise, featuring a fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with all the "bells and whistles" including a huge island and breakfast bar, stainless appliances such as double ovens and induction stove, and specialty items like a countertop ice machine, beverage cooler, and quesadilla maker. The open-concept primary living areas and outdoor spaces offer plenty of room for the whole group to gather during meal prep and dining, and to relax while watching a movie, playing a board game, or listening to music on the WiFi sound system all while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean.

Downstairs, a handy kitchenette, second dining space, and a large living space are conveniently located next to a game room and back patio, perfect for coming in from the beach for a quick snack, game of ping-pong, or vintage arcade! An outdoor storage closet is stocked with beach chairs, towels and gear, and an outdoor shower makes rinsing off a breeze. The lower porch features high-top dining, adirondack seating, and a sofa swing.

Throughout the home, comfortable furnishings and soft beach hues will enhance your relaxation. Sleeping options abound in 8 bedrooms, 6 of which feature a king bed and en suite bathroom. One suite is accessible for guests with mobility issues and an elevator makes moving around easy. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and outfitted with crisp, white linens. There is plenty of room for the whole family to shower and freshen up in the 8.5 bathrooms stocked with soft white towels and shower amenities.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.

No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
